Derek S: Food tastes extremely disgusting. Other than that, it's a pretty decent school.
Enzo: Amazing School.

Mr. Slime: i left when i was in 3rd grade and now i'm in 8th somewhere elsepersonally i think the kids there are great especially Matt S. which is also in eighth grade now so if any one from this school sees this tell matt s. about it alsoart class suckspeace,a former student
Erik J: "True Review" The school is good, of course things could be better, but to write a bad review, this just hurts the school as a whole. Teachers care, the kids are smart, and the facilities have improvements every year! JUST ASK ANY HIGHSCHOOL in the area about the St. MICHAEL'S KIDS!
Josephine Rodriguez: Students at St. Michael's Academy get an excellent education in a faith-based setting. My kids loved the school and were well-prepared for high school when they graduated.
Katie Sears: Can't say enough about how much my son loves this school. Great faculty that is dedicated to the students.
Brian Sears: My two son's attend St Michael's Academy. The education they have received is great. The staff, teachers, and volunteers really care for the whole child. We've been very happy with St Michael's Academy.
Duane Lewis: Best school in Springfield MA.....Private
LedFX's Propaganda: Good place. Rock playground though. Nice people.

Angie Rios: As a parent, I am absolutely pleased and satisfied with PVMS. My daughter started her second year at PVMS this fall and she loves it. Not only does she love her school but her growth in the past year academically and working with others is outstanding. The school, the teachers and the atmosphere are exceptional. When my husband and I were looking for a school we stumbled upon PVMS and couldn't be more happier with our decision. The hands on and ability for your child to find their way around the classroom and learn to grow is what makes this school a gem! I encourage any parent looking for a greater education in a culture that fosters and supports your child to grow, to consider PVMS. When we took the tour we knew instantly that this is where we wanted our daughter to start her education and again are very pleased with our decision!

Deb McQuadeStewart: My 3 grandkids have thrived in this amazing school. The most dedicated staff I have ever seen.
James Wells (Crexem): It’s a very good school from a student-side perspective, I couldn’t tell how it is from an adult/costs-side perspective. I love this school for all that it has taught me. The academics are good and challenging, however the teachers are very willing to help you whenever necessary. It’s a very tight knit community, and it is DEFINITELY worth the cost (whatever it is). I could (if I wanted to) sort this into a five paragraph essay, because I have been enrolled here for 7 years. I believe this shows the level of learning the school provides.
Karl Hulseberg: Very inconsistent information, and poor communication from the administration
Ralph Slate: Academy Hill School is a K-8 school for students who are bright, curious, motivated, or gifted. Situated in Springfield, it pulls its students from a wide variety of communities in Western Massachusetts, families all with the common goal of providing the best educational environment possible for their children.I have two daughters attending Academy Hill School, and we love it. Since AHS is a small private school, students receive plenty of individualized attention. Class sizes are in the 10-15 range. Within each classroom the students have flexibility to work and learn at their own level rather than being held back to satisfy a public school district's academic schedule. Since private schools do not participate in MCAS, the obsession over standardized testing that exists in the public schools is not present here. The students at Academy Hill are top-notch, and this allows for a wider variety of material to be explored. Foreign language, either French or Spanish, is taught from Kindergarten. Faculty are experienced and are very devoted to the children. My kids really enjoy going to school each day.In addition to the academics, the school's overall community is very supportive. Older students interact with younger students, either through formal channels such as "book buddies" (where the older students read with the younger students) or informally, helping out with homework in after-school. Parents are generally very supportive and involved with the school. Alumni report being very well prepared academically at some of the area's top prep schools.
