Springfield Central Library: what do users think?
Karen Marszalek: Grew up in Spfld. Best library I've ever visited. Puts the libraries in Los Angeles in big time shame! Go Spfld!!!
Sara Beswick: This library was so thoughtful to do a cute Blind Date with a Book table for Valentine’s Day! Each book summary looked carefully curated and explained. They even included some Lindt chocolates as a sweet touch!! I was so impressed and excited to see this. Barnes & Noble and Etsy do these “blind dates with books” but of course you have to pay for them and then what if you don’t like the book? It’s such a good idea for public libraries to do them! I really felt like the Springfield librarians went out of their way to add a thoughtful touch to this program. Not to mention the library was very quiet and peaceful today when I went to visit, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were helpful.
Luis Morales: Extremely vast paperback books and necessary test guide for any exam needed and is a place of great soaking up knowledge
Charlene Holmes: Good selection of new itemsStaff are always pleasant
Albert J Addonizio IV: Springfield public library has a great selection of books music CDs videos DVDs and video games The librarians in the library are very nice and willing to help you out. If you can't find what you're looking for in the library they will help you out see if they other libraries in the circuit have it and they will order it and have it shipped to your local library which I think is super cool
xarteth Notyomama: Lots of changes since I was last there. Post- Covid staff does not seem as friendly a the last crew.
Jenn Cummings: It's cool and you can bring your kids there to, for them to play in the play place
Darryl Adams: All the PPL there were Very Helpful
Charles Plante (Noble Ocelot): Best Library in the whole metropolitan area in the quantity and quality of reading material. Great cool place to hang out in the summer. My only complaints are that the hours of operation and what days they are open are inconsistent.
Joelle Peterson: Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful books!
Quynh Widmer: Kids section is the best, the staffs are always great. M son loves to go there for books and activies.
Christine Lazarus: Nice thing on a cloudy day.
Paola Da Silva: I went there today and this lady wonderful woman her name is Lisa she should actually get a raise she is the best she takes her time with you and she helps you till the end she's a wonderful woman thank you Lisa
Jessica Lepaul: Wonderful old building. Good spot for a book reading.
Rhonda Latney: Miss. Elizabeth was a tremendous asset and support!! Thank You and my friend 109 years-old Mrs. Alberta Howard, Thanks you!!
S M: Love the central library!
Erika Musselman: Stunningly beautiful and well maintained library. Excellent place to visit just to enjoy the architectural style and embellishments. Hospitable staff and well-appointed Children's area. On the grounds of Springfield Museums, with the back entrance leading to a large courtyard and the Dr. Seuss Sculpture Park. There are free parking lots on State Street across from the front of the Library and on Edwards Street in the museum lot.
Ahmad Doumani: Huge library I my teacher helped me sign up for library card
Vinny Rossi: Great Library w a vest array of books, videos, and options to choose from! A genuine throwback library.
zee dixon: When is the library. Open again
Tyler Fuhrmann: Wide variety of books available, from biblical apocrypha to ged and other course study books. Also has great fictional novels. The staff here will extend your computer time at least twice which is awesome.

West Springfield Public Library: what do users think?
Butch Brawnson: Great library, awesome selection of books, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would have given them five stars, but their computers operates on a different OS, and I couldn't use my flash drive to update some of my documents because they are on the windows OS
ANIL KUMAR P V 《Ps》INDIAUAEUSA (AKPV): Easy access & Friendly staff.
holly Bruso: Great library! Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have great programs for kids!
Kaitlin Montgomery: Red haired lady was quite rude and condescending. I was sitting in a chair working in my laptop minding my business and she stopped my workflow to ask me to move my coat out of the way (it was ontop of my small carry on bag but had fallen off when I was working and I was unaware of it). The issue wasn't at all in her asking me to please pick up my things; I'm not offended nor bothered by keeping a space tidy. It was her delivery/ condescending approach that was very off-putting. She just was very rude and not very compassionate of the idea that maybe, just maybe... I wasn't intentionally just trashing her precious library. Not the vibe.
Trisha Mackenzie: Super clean and quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing too! I went in to get my 3 boys their cards and it was a smooth process and both the staff were friendly and asked my boys what they were interested in and helped us find those things!
Stevie Bonser: The girls upstairs are always so helpful I love going there!!!
Eddie HALE: During the wintry weather season in western MAssachusetts, NorthEast USA, the local public library is one of several places where a homeless individual can go to seek warmth from the great (cold) outdoors
BDevlin Vintage: The staff here are very nice!
Diane Horrigan: Our library is an excellent resource for the town
jason sheehan: Great place to study and bring your kids!!!Also has a huge, immense selection of books!!!
Joyce Wands: Love the West Springfield Public Library! My own children participated in the summer reading program and now my granddaughter enjoys it as well! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I like the quiet study rooms and have often reserved them to work with my students. The library is a great place to browse, research, and use the computers!
Albert Ouellette: As always great staff and surroundings
Bardak: great books
Bev rly Walsh: Most helpful and friendliest staff
Ahmad Doumani: I only went there for some questions and no complaints
Meshelle “Shelley's” Hill: I missed being at the library's .😎
Marilin MP: The place has good atmosphere and is organize.- The bathroom(s) seem to need more cleaning and fresher smell. - The staff is polite.
Roger: Always pleasant helpful staff on hand.Wonderful looking new liberty.
Samir Khadka (RandomPlayzM8): This place is very cool lots of books and water fountain
Keyla Galeas: The librarian upstairs was focused on whatever she was doing on her computer rather than helping us find what we were looking for. Very condescending, the worst experience I've ever had in a Library and I work in the community. I felt so embarrassed with my client and will never use this place again. I've visited many libraries that make you feel welcomed and part of the community and this one was by far the worst. Great remodelations horrible at treating people.
Ismael J Cintron: Always a great place to be. Quiet, spacious, organized, comfortable, modern look and feel, good luminosity and overall a pretty place. Enough parking, secure area as has a police and fire department nearby. Has option for online renting of books with Overdrive or Libby apps.

Erik J: New 10 million dollar Library! Awesome Staff.
Adela “Straverysweet” Riri: Great staff ! ❤️
Big T: Small, quiet, and quaint with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of activities for the kids! I'm not really interested in going to the monstrosity of a building on Surrey road. Unnecessarily large for that quiet residential area.😞
Jane Dexter: Great place wonderful staff friendly helpful
Taryn Prout: I love this library! Ms. Maureen is the best!! It does get busy during special crafts, but worth it!
Monica Murry: Nice small local library branch located in the Rocky's shopping plaza. The city of Springfield is currently working on building a new home for this library. This library is great for kids with their own children's section. They have fun crafts always set up and everyone is really nice. They are partnered with home city family which is a great group for families with kids. Check out the Springfield library website for more places and times but this branch has a infants and toddlers playgroup on Fridays from 10:30 to 11:30.

Springfield City Library: Sixteen Acres Branch: what do users think?
Valeria Renell Rodriguez: This is a great place to go and do several activities such as crocheting and many other activities, most people think the library is just for reading and taking your book of choice home, not so.Each library has their own set of activities, so go get your library card and enjoy your time with others.
BoomBoxing: Nice quiet place to get work done and study as well as read the hours are bad though
Colm Ronan: Good library - great selection of books with plenty of space to read and relax
Donna Hogan: I have nothing but high praise for Reggie Wilson and his entire staff at the 16 Acres Library. They are helpful, friendly, and professional.
Joyce Zimmermna: Very efficient handing out the Covid Test Kits .
Tony Letendre: Easy to get to and they have lots of books.
Mandy: The librarians here are sweet and helpful and really get kids excited about books
Kaycie Apprey: My favorite library! Parking is easy and all the librarians are helpful, kind and knowledgeable! The library is always clean also!
Susan Jones: I went to the sixteen acres library and the Springfield city library and the employees at the both libraries were very helpful and did a very good job and I would recommend the sixteen acres library and the Springfield city library to everyone to go to for good service.
Monica Murry: This library is so inviting and has a great space for children's activities and playgroups. It's easy to find and it has ample parking. They are partnered with home city family which is a great program for kids! Check out the library website for places and times but this branch has a 0 to 5 year old group from 1:30 to 2:30 on Tuesdays.
blk cherry: cute & cozy
Sharon McAbee: Love this place
Rob Meagher: This library was remodeled some years ago and the renovations made it very inviting, comfortable and well organized. Staff is great at helping you find what you need, but leaves you alone when you reading. Like most libraries it is very quick, but they do have programs for kids (little noisier at those moments) but not unbearable at all... especially when it's your kids...
Anitra Ruth: This location is not only beautiful inside but offers a large beautiful outdoor space as well. Great for families with young children.
Demetria Wood: This library is medium sized and very comfortable. All the librarians will gladly help you out with whatever you need done. Every week they have events.and club meetings of all types, for both children and adults! You will love this library.

Springfield City Library: Library Express at Pine Point: what do users think?
Luz Flores: I been going to the hiset and ged school that they have here. The teach a subject for 14 weeks after those 14 weeks you can either schedule a test or a practice test. They work base on your child’s schedule so if you’re child doesn’t have school you don’t have school if your child has 1hr delay of school you have 1hr delay, but if you’re child has 2hr delay you don’t have school. But that only counts for morning classes. The evening classes if they cancel school for your child you don’t have school.
Gary Rocky Piteo: Angela was great at adult education dept
Carlos Molina: Nice place and good customers service
Robert E Wenzel Jr: Small library, convenient bus stop
jesus Manuel Guzman Baez: Cojo clases de ingles y enseñan bastante buena enseñan bien
stennett84: Millennium library😇👌🏽
