I’ve argued with the subscription & billing departments & they say I must speak to my delivery person. However, I’ve only ordered & paid for the paper through the Republican. Such a backwards system, will never buy the paper again

The resource guide is a valuable tool/directory – they produce annually and I refer to several times a month. The staff is passionate about providing the latest news and stories about the business community. Business West provides an economical and effective B2B marketing platform.
Ed Lynch: It was very upsetting to see that business west does not do follow up or investigate a story before they print it...It is very upsetting and does your readers a disservice. You should really follow up before printing stories!!!!

robert tanguay: It's a great place to work, plus the people I work with are really, really wonderful and close....
Karen McGuire: There is "ONE" small puddle that forms at the bottom left side of our driveway when it rains. Today, as in the past, everything is dry but that puddle. The driver for our paper just threw it directly into the middle of that puddle. Why, did we do something to upset them? We actually read this paper and enjoy it but not soaking wet. If this was the first time I wouldn't be saying anything but it's every time.
