brutally honest: They build Chinese style warehouses in USA. So much grass lots and tight driveways with no space to turn a semi around or back up to a door. Fast unloading tho, as long as you can back up to a door.

Rich H: Their trains are complete trash.From derailments to hundreds of mechanical problems they can't keep them on the road.They were supposed to build them to be compatible with the Mbtas current rail system.Instead it's cost the tax payers hundreds of millions of dollars in track work to safely operate the trains on the red and orange line.

Matthew Guo: To be honest, I believe CRRC makes one of the best train cars in the industry. From shiny new MBTA trains, to replacement of old LA Metro trains, these trains are FIRE (not like the real type of fire... I mean they're good)! There were only minor problems with the MBTA trains (some weird sound) but other than that, they've been flawless. Take Bombardier for example: BART had problems with it because of computer problems and slow production, NYC has had door issues and fires, and more. Muni has had problems with Siemens and Breda. CRRC has been pretty problem free. I guess because China has built so much rail cars, they are pretty experienced.
