Stephen Bognar: This company is an absolute nuisance. I live by the tracks separating West Springfield in Agawam. With the construction on the Memorial Bridge, I am now constantly having my day upheaved by this rain. The worst part is the decision to dock there for sometimes up to an hour while tracks are switching. But what pisses me off the most is that Agawam has offered to even pay to fix the problem and these guys won’t do much as pick up the phone to talk it over. I’m here on Christmas Eve, and after 10 years (I’ve been here since 2009), I’m just beyond angry. My old grandparents aren’t up very late, and I only have so much time to see them with my schedule.
