On the closing day, there was an inspection that had to happen to make sure that the HVAC system was functioning properly. There was a sensor to improve the energy efficiency of the system that none of us were aware of. She ensured that the seller covered the cost of the inspection and she stayed at the home until the technician was complete. She owned the process from start to finish!
