Lorimar Molina: I'm here dropping things off in my unit and when I try to leave at 10 pm it tells me at the gate access denied on trying to exit. Fml no answer to any number guess I'll have to hunker down in my uhaul truck for the night thanks otter horrible storage unit.

John: Do not put your stuff here. There is no staff. Nobody is watching the units. Numerous are broken into currently, the gate is cut open, and one side isn't even fenced, you can hop right on in. Yet despite all this, they are currently building more units, in an already pretty tight place, because that's their priority. Absolutely awful, I didn't even use the unit, left and canceled.EDIT: In reply to their reply, all of your positive reviews seem to be before Otter Storage took over this facility. I included pictures in my review as well. That is not vandalism, you have been repeatedly broken into, there were units sitting open that were just broken into, and numerous units have been repaired from previous break ins, and in spite of this you invest in more units rather than more security. That said everything I needed to know about how you do business.

Carlos A. Ramos Santiago: 24/7 in and out, friendly management and good prices. But now 11/2021 new management name Otter storage. Now everything is horrible, they raised the prices without notifying them, they removed the 24-hour in and out service without notifying and when it snows they don't clean, there is no communication, it's a total disaster Otter storage and the office there doesn't work, it's closed.

I had an agreement to purchase an item from the auction part of this business We had a day set and an approximate time and Guy sold the item right out from under my nose. They aren't open after 4pm M-F so I had to wait until Saturday because Guy wouldn't agree to wait for me to come get it the same day we had messaged. Before even contacting me to make sure I was still coming.. he sold it!! I was even going to look around for more items that may have fit my needs...I will NEVER waste my time with this company... Now that I have finally bought another home and unpacked my boxes and am putting my exercise equipment together, I am realizing the tremendous damage that was done to my furniture, belongings and significant damage to what was a new elliptical machine. This is costing me well over the thousands of dollars I paid for moving costs. Disgusted. 8/4/22 I spoke to your office and they remembered me and asked that I send photos. I've sent photos, but haven't received any response.
