Aidan Ouano: John was very quick and responsive with getting me into a new insurance policy. It couldn’t have been an easier process. I’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone else looking for an insurance agent!

Anthony Leger: I truly wish that I could give more than just 5 stars for the service that John has provided this past year and a half. Moving to MA and needing to switch insurance companies as well as dealing with the MA RMV was a nightmare due to the MA requirements for titles coupled with lenders not wanting to send physical titles even though it's a MA requirement. Long story short, after several months of back and forth with our lenders, (including the ultimate decision to flat out buy the lease out), John was able to secure the titles enabling us to get our vehicles properly titled and registered in MA. Additionally, he even ran the paperwork up to the RMV to get that process completed, AND drove half an hour to deliver them to us! That's going above and beyond. Also, he beat the lizard's time in saving us money. It didn't take 15 minutes for us to save, it took about 60 seconds! Again, I cant recommend John enough. When I have an issue/question, I call or email him directly and he's able to get me answers to those questions in a timely manner, or to make adjustments to my policy (like adding/removing a vehicle for example.) We need more insurance people like John!

He wanted to not only make sure I ended up with the best deal, but also took the time to patiently answer my questions in a way I could understand. As a first time purchaser of car insurance, the process was daunting, and I’m so grateful John was there to guide me through it. He is an expert at what he does, and he’s also kind, personable, responsive, and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend working with him!

Bigg Chuckk: Being a father of four (2 furry babies) and working four jobs takes up quite a bit of my time. So anything that interferes with that is problematic. Speaking of past experiences, insurance fiascos can be a nightmare; if it is with the wrong group. However i cannot say the same for this agent. The experience i had with Mr. Frogameni was unmatched. He provided continous comunication and displayed the ability to guide us through the process every step of the way. He was extremely professional during every interaction. Any questions that arose were explainled thoroughly and timely. He is family and pet pet friendly which is rare to find. I would strongly recommend his service for any policy needed.

Rebecca Kiefer: I left several messages regarding changing my policy and never received a call back. Finally I had to contact the actual insurance company. I asked to have a vehicle removed from my policy because it failed inspection and wouldn’t be used, and I didn’t get an answer until AFTER my next payment needed to be made; which I believe was completely by design to make sure I paid for a car I was unable to drive anyway. I had AXIA in the past. When I moved back to MA, I was warned against working with them. But, I like to be loyal to companies I have had good experiences with. Now I know I was told that things had changed and AXIA was no longer the company I had worked with in the past. Completely disgusting!

Nicole Majerowski: If zero stars were possible that's what they would get. I'm an insurance agent simply trying to get a fax number to send a letter for their client. They open at 9am but no one answers the phone - 3 phone calls and the first two went to voicemail... currently on hold on the 3rd call for 10 minutes and counting... for a simple fax number. On their website their fax number is incorrect, their email also kicks back... I have never dealt with this in my 5+ years working in insurance. Horrible!!!
Emad garas: Don’t waste your money with this insurance. They are unprofessional and just take your money. My lawyer will file lawsuits against them. I really don’t recommend them. Not even one star.
anthony windoloski: Work for a car dealer and I had to have a customer go Agent herself because they would not return a phone call for 3 hours and i called them 6 times. It happened again to a colleague still the worst agent ever Haha stay away!
Ari BuddhaGreen: This particular location is one of the worst location you could ever go for any Insurance. The people there are rude have an attitude love to gossip and argue in front of customers. The location should be open at 9 AM because they were gossiping they open at 9:15 am they got mad at me because I knocked on the door. Are usually go to the Boston Road location never had a problem over there the people are nice and courteous. Think twice before you come to this location.
