joy goulet: I have no idea what senna is talking about. Dr. Martorell is WONDERFUL. Don't not go to her because if that review. She orders a lot of blood work to find out what's wrong. Can't say the same for any other doc I've ever seen. She cares, IS LICENSED & knowledgeable about lyme & other things.

Sean Donovan: This is the most negligent doctor I've ever seen. It took about a month to get an appointment, just making the appointment took around 30+ minutes, and I was seen 50 minutes late when I arrived for my appointment. The building smells like a broken sewer pipe. The way that place is run is crazy. She ordered way too many blood tests and I almost lost consciousness in this office. When she ordered blood tests, I warned her that I could not handle a lot of blood loss and I was re-assured that it wasn't that much blood. When I went to get drawn, i was horrified by the massive pile of vials and I begged to have not so many tests done all at once. The phlebotomist was unhappy and did not fail to express her displeasure that I was keeping her from going to lunch on time. While I was getting the blood drawn, I felt myself get faint and I called out: "Stop!" but she kept going one or two more vials. I think I was ignored and she just wanted to get them all done. I felt the room go dim, losing consciousness, and thought I was dying. As I came to, a wave of intense nausea came over me and I started sweating. I could not stand at first. Too much blood too fast. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the assistant said that this happened because I "got worked up" before getting blood taken. No doctor has ever taken that much blood from me all at one time. I was underweight and in a crisis at the time, was already pretty weak when I went in there. ZERO follow up care. This is a "prescribe and hide" doctor. Stay away from this place, it's like visiting a third world doctor's office. "The Research Institute" doesn't even have the professional courage to put the name on letters - the letters I've got from this doctor have no return address and I strongly suspect unlicensed people working there. Stay away from this unethical, negligent doctor.

Susan Jones: I went with my friend to cold spring orchard in belchertown mass and I was very impressed with how the employees to care of the Apple trees and the store was well stocked with fruits and there are over ( 100) fruits, vegetables and I would recommend cold spring orchard in bechertown mass to families to take there kids to and for good customer service.

Can't speak for the pick your own experience as it was closed for the season when we got there.I can say that the apple cider they have is excellent.It might sound obvious but their cider tastes like apples, whereas a lot of cider from other orchards is just a bit too sweet for me.This cider is very refreshing and not overly sweet but it is not tart in any way.
