Brenda Cody: The front staff members steal personal information. I’m sure it was the girl with the short black hair and big eyes, or her little friend that seemed overzealous to see me frazzled. I have filed a police report and will be holding this company responsible for the private information this woman has obtained and disclosed online. Not only did I stay at this hotel in expectation to have a safe place while in town on business yet arrive back after a long week of disasters to find not only has my safety been put at risk due to her disclosing my location/stay, but my personal information and credit card information used not even a full 48 hours after my stay. this was completely unacceptable and the whole process with authorities will just make things so much harder on me than they already were. Thank you Sheraton for being so “reliable” as the reviews online stated. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place when in Springfield, MA.

Ron Rogell: I was in town for a sled hockey tournament. I'm a Hilton Gold member. I've been to Hilton properties all over the country.The room was not as food as other properties. There was no in room microwave. And the thermostat see.ed to be "off". It was cold in the room (set to 68) so I put it up to 72. It kept blowing cold air. (Even though it said "heat"). I had to put it to 76 to get heat to come out.The shower curtain was so light it would lift as you took a shower so the bathroom floor got a little wet.There was no clock or hairdryer in the room. My wife got one from the front desk. The clock isn't thay important as we all have cell phones. Just being nit-picky.One thing I have to say is the staff is AMAZING! From check-in to check-out everyone on the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful.Special mention to Larry. He worked the overnight shift Saturday night. He went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome and special.

Meaghan Stevens: First off I'd like to say EVERY negative in the reviews has been addressed. I checked in 3/3/23 and ill be leaving 3/31/23 so I'm still here. That said the thermostat IS adjustable, great staff EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! Its not the same every day im thankful for that. Some type of eggs (scrambled, omelets, hard boiled) always a meat so far 4 different types of sausage and sometimes excellent bacon, and usually a type of potato everyday...so far every hot item is great! Waffle iron to make fresh waffles every day, huge selection of cereal, 4 types of juice in machine, fresh fruits, good selection of baked goods (bagels, breads, muffins) 4 or 5 spreads at least (jellies, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese etc...many toppings for waffles shredded cheese for eggs or whatever, milk, coffee and much more..best spread I've seen anywhere hands down! They fixed as far as I can see the bathroom doors, lots of electric outlets and USB plugs EVERYWHERE, VERY CLEAN, ive been here 8 days and NO complaints so far. Access to microwave 24/7. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff but as far as I can tell they addressed and or fixed every complaint in the reviews. Refrigerator and coffee maker in rooms, nice tv with decent channels, free standard wifi with option to purchase premium high speed for small fee, VERY comfortable bed, clean and good smelling room. I am looking forward to my remaining 20 days and will be sad to leave. 6 stars IMHONoteworthy details: Nice pool and gym also!

daniele mesiti: great little hotel not too far from springfield and just perfectly located off the highway. breakfast was nice and well spread out, delicious and cheesy eggs with bacon and hash and all the other stuff you might want. it was a very quiet nights sleep-pretty sure there was a college sports team treating the floors like a dorm but that promptly ceased right before 11 and i am grateful to the person that dropped the hammer-on them. the rooms are all clean and well kept

shawn miller: WARNING this place practices bait and switch! Called ahead and were quoted $129 room rate, checked in and were told same thing. Upon checking out were charged $229. Clerk would not reverse charge, very condescending and unfriendly. Nice enough hotel, but management not very honest.
