becca M: Love the store but You shouldn’t be taxing on gift certificates that’s illegal

sarah CROWTHER: I will give the store one star for the selection. I had to return a bracelet that broke when tried on. I misplaced the receipt, which I knew could be problematic. I knew that the store has policies and it might not accept the merchandise for exchange. I did not want money back, I just wanted an even exchange. I would have completely understood if they just said "we cannot do anything without the receipt". One of the associates proceeded to look around the store for an item that looks similar. I, in having been in the store previously, knew there were many items that looked similar. I was then told by the associate, they didn't sell anything like that bracelet and also didn't use the material that was faulty, that made the bracelet break. I will never do business with them again! I don't understand why they had to lie, instead of just saying, "that is not our policy, we cannot exchange that." I was asked several times if I was sure that I got the item at their store. I was 100% sure that I got the item at their store. Shop at your own risk.

Priscilla Ortiz: My bf spent just under $100 I’m super into witchy stuff. there was a certain item that was forgotten an almost 33 dollars. My bf called the next day when they were open to try and get to the bottom of it, the person who sold the items to him wasn’t there. he called again the next day , the response they told him was “they don’t see anything at the store” it’s not like it was some three dollar bracelet that was forgotten . It was a 33 crystal troll that was forgotten , as a business owner you should know someone calling multiple days in a row actually might’ve forgotten an item and as a business owner, they should’ve made it right. But instead of doing the right thing now I don’t have part of my birthday gift and they are out a customer that 100% wouldve returned back. Not to mention he got some some spell bottles. Usually spell bottles come with a little description on what it does. Usually a piece of paper attached explaining exactly the purpose, these were not provided. Not sure if my bf didn’t grab them but still they should’ve been on the bottle to begin with. Over all I’m super disappointed with my experience with this store and will not return. When they were bagging up the gifts my bf said the lady said he could go over a pick a $3 bracelet for spending a certain amount. He said the troll was larger enough it had to be wrapped by itself and in a separate bag, on the way out it was clearly forgotten cause he was too concerned about the lady saying he could grab a bracelet. Don’t understand how the business owners wouldn’t make this right and how they wouldn’t notice something that was forgotten on THE COUNTER.

C Fournier: Only Crystal shop I’ll go to. I’ve brought all my friends there now as well. The vibes are INCREDIBLE. None of the other shops I’ve been to have been as calming. They also offer basically everything you could be looking for and then some. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Adriana Torres: This is great shop. So many crystals and other cool items in store. Also love that the employees wrap your crystals when you checkout before leaving the store.

Evelyn Morrison: This is an amazing and knowledgeable store full of vigor. The girls are all very sweet and always have a helping hand. The crystals are to die for, and there's so many beautiful bones to choose from. Such a variety of so many beautiful minerals from the Earth. The handyman seems very happy to be there, too. Such a great team! Will definitely be back!

Mindfully sourced, including some beautiful fair trade items. Pretty fair prices, great sales, easy parking. Unique items as well; worth a trip! So excited to buy a Citrine tree mounted to locally mined golden healer quartz.

Rose Lynch: Wonderful store and welcoming clean atmosphere. I go often and buy many gifts here. They are always well recieved and things you can't buy just anywhere! Check out the Alpaca goods and the crystals and minerals of course.

Jane Valenti: This unique store is a hidden gem in Western Mass. This store offers a great variety of rocks/gems/crystals, as well as jewelry and one of a kind gifts. We enjoy looking at the lovely displays and the ability to take our time and feel each piece. We purchased a PayDirt box for my son and he loved digging through and finding all the 30+ treasures, and then identifying. The owner is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Each time I step foot into the store I learn something new.

Marianne has a true passion for her crystals, and it shows through each hand-selected and crafted piece she sells. Since the beginning of COVID, I have been visiting almost weekly because this store is not just a “store,” it is a peaceful getaway with beautiful energy. Whenever I am feeling stressed, coming here just melts all those negative feelings away! Marianne’s crystals and moldavite have truly changed my life for the better. I am grateful this pandemic happened in the sense that it has led me to find her store and begin my new life path of inner work and self-healing. ❤️
