Intuitive Kat: The 3 stars is for the food and Tea as it is ALWAYS delish! I/we Went to the West Springfield Crepes Tea House on April 29th, at around 4:30pm. I have been there several times. I have NEVER had such poor service as I did. received water and our drink order, ordered food, and no one came back to give us more water or another drink. Food came dropped and no one came back. Other tables complaining also. Then with food to be packed asked if we were ready for the check. We ALSO listened to waitresses making fun of a customer after they left AND how one waitress made $400 in tips WELL YES Gratitiy added to bill. I just am so sad as I love to visit. I came from Connecticut for THIS? Someone needs to teach them how to provide good customer service or guide them to another job. They also missed out on extra sales as we all wanted another round of Tea and I wanted to take some home. Very disappointed!

JR. B: This is my second time coming here, let me tell you it has became one of my favorite breakfast places. Good atmosphere, it’s a family owned business, nobody is rushing you, the staff is very friendly and they have a menu that covers everything, I mean everything, you won’t be disappointed. My daughter loves to come here for the tea “over 100 selections of tea” and the crepes of course lol. If you haven’t tried Crepes Tea House yet, you most need give a try.
Spirit Nectar: They have gluten-free options and it’s amazing. You can’t always trust the Crepes but when they do it right, it’s amazing.

I always call ahead a week or two if I'm planning an event for more than 10 people. My family had held multiple events at the Crepes Tea Housr.Parking: We parked on the street. It was OK for Saturdsy.Dietary restrictions: I asked for a savory crepe without a crepe. I am a diabetic and to lower my carbohydrate count, I eat the filling. This is wonderful place to eat.

Janis Tatro: The food was very much overdone. We had a burger and chicken tenders ( special) the burger was overcooked ( asked for Med rare) the chicken tenders were also over cooked. Crusty and hard to bite into. I worked in restaurants for yrs. If the cook isnt a trained cook, alot of times they dont think that, you dont use the oil alot it gets hot and cooking times are shorter. So I told the manager, he was very apologenic, offered all kinds of compensation. Didnt want anything, just tell the cook to pay better attention!

Tyler Cummings: Asked for a bacon chesseburger with cheddar cheese instead of american. Waitress took my order, burger came out with no bacon and american cheese, waitress attempted to tell me they don't have cheddar cheese despite me getting it all the time here. The burger was remade with cheddar cheese but still came out with no bacon. They then offered me a free dessert instead of offering to take the burger off the bill. This is not the first time I've had issues regarding simple orders at this establishment either.
