I have been searching different dealers and found this one. i was interested in a 2022 that was listed for $20,857.00 the web site didn't say FIRM and gave and option to Make an offer. several dealers have this so i did.. i got an email stating the best they could do was the asking price. i have been looking now for 1 month and this was the first dealer that didn't make counter offer. for and example a dealer closer to my home came down 2250.00 on the same unit but only it was a 2023 WOW There are dealers out there willing to make deals in my eyes this one is not the one.

Jamey Lemire: Stopped in to talk to a service rep today concerning a roof leak in our 2020 Columbus Compass. Mind you, we did NOT purchase the RV from Orchard, but wanted to give them some warranty work and potential customer pay work as well. As I described the work we needed, the service department girl informed us that “we couldn’t have warranty work done at any dealer, other than the dealer we purchased the RV from” I informed her that this was preposterous! If I used to live in South Carolina and moved to Massachusetts, you’re telling me I would have to bring the RV back to SC for warranty work? She said yes, but they would be happy to do the customer pay work (install 3 slide out toppers) about $3000 worth of work… I politely told her “ not if you don’t want to do the warranty work”! As I left, I called Forest River Columbus devision and inquired as to the possibility of bringing my RV to a different dealer other than the dealer of purchase, they informed me that we would be covered, as long as the dealer was a certified Forest River service center, in fact they kindly sent me a list of certified dealers, within 100 miles of my home address…. Guess who was on the list!? Orchard! Anyway! We went up the road to Gander RV, they were MORE than happy to provide the services (including warranty work) we need. I know who will be getting my $$ from here on out….! Also, FYI Orchard, you lost out, as we buy a new RV every 4-5 years….

I was a wreck as I drove up to get the sweet Kingston but after his lessons in hitching it up and brake work, I drove off with confidence. I also must thank Griffin, another amazing worker at Orchard Trailer, for his kind and patient help with all the purchases for the trailer.This is a top notch business that respects and appreciates their clients. I am headed back to them for all trailer needs and appointments. You can't go wrong if you have any trailer that needs maintenance or if you're in the market for a trailer.

Today, at campground in upstate NY, slider would not come in; Sylvia had tech call us back within 15 minutes; he talked campground mechanic (hooray for that Merry Knoll Clayton NY) through to find obscure circuit breaker in very obscure place; flipped back on problem solved. The obscurity is on Forest River; thank you Orchard!

My first visit last fall was for winterization, but they also took the time to go over my hitch set-up and make some changes, explaining what they saw to me in order to improve my towing experience and make for a safer tow.Today was a last minute call for help with my hot water heater days before we take an extended trip. Even though they are booked solid they worked me in, fixed my problem and again took a few extra minutes to explain what they did and how to avoid similar issues in the future.They are professional, courteous and get the job done. Might I add this is on a camper that was bought elsewhere but is never an issue. Thanks for the great service.
