Ivorie Blake: Had an oil change scheduled for Thursday with shuttle service to and from work, called the dealership this morning to find out if they could accommodate me this morning and was told yes. Got here, checked my vehicle in and sat down to wait for the shuttle to return from its first run. Shuttle arrives and the driver tells me I could go ahead and sit in the front, he comes out of the dealership after a few minutes to inform me that they do not usually shuttle customers for oil changes and that by the time we get to Hartford my vehicle will probably be ready. I'm annoyed and puzzled by this point. He said, "I'll go inside and confirm cause it just makes no sense." He goes in and comes back out, opens my door and informs me that they just took my car in and I should wait for it. I'm obviously pissed, I get out the shuttle and go back into the dealership to sit. It's one thing to tell a customer you don't provide a certain service, it's another to have complete disregard for whatever else your customer has to do or where they need to be. I'm confused as to why I was never informed before that shuttle service is not provided for oil changes especially since I had an appointment scheduled and had to reschedule for Thursday before even calling this morning. Each phone call I made, the representatives were very clear on what service I needed, that a shuttle would be required, and that I needed it to get to Hartford. Here I am still waiting, its been about 1 1/2 hours and I can't seem to let go because clearly it didn't matter that I have things to do because it made no sense to them transporting me to Hartford. I think I knew and accepted what it means to "leave my car for service" at the dealership even if the work required only takes 1/2 hour... I got to work at midday because I waited for 2hrs while they serviced my vehicle.

David Fenton: scheduling, drop off, phone updates, loaner vehicle, pick up, honesty, and workmanship were all excellent. Under construction now making hours a little limited but an understandable compromise for improvements. I would highly recommend anyone bring their Saab here for service, etc. Probably other vehicles too.

For the sake of not making this a huge novella, I'll just say they were honest, detailed, and gave me options in a variety of brands and prices of tire models, told me what ought to be prioritized vs what would be nice but by no means urgent, and were just in general courteous and friendly. I was sneaky and didn't provide as much detail about the tire issue as I knew (I know... it's bad... how can someone help you if you don't give them all the facts? I'm just suspicious by nature, and recently got burned...) Anyway, despite my lack of details, they accurately - perfectly - assessed what the problem was and what my options were, without ever forcing the more expensive tires or resolutions (but calmly explaining my various options, price points, pros and cons. I can't begin to say how much I appreciate being presented the facts like I'm an adult that can handle it... Zachary Paulin: They are very good at what they do. they fixed my 2009 Audi a4 found my engine issues and a couple other issues and fixed right away. There very good people as well my convertible top has a leak so while the time of them fixing it they left in there shop over night so my car wouldn’t get destroyed. Everything was explained very well, and no matter how trivial the question, he answered it and treated me like we were old friends. Complete transparency throughout the entire process, and the guys in the shop did a fantastic job from start to finish. I even received a message a few days after I picked up my vehicle from James, the owner, making sure everything was running well and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Ressos: They have some of the highest prices I have ever seen at a mechanic. Other reviews about their professionalism and service are correct, but they are not worth it. They are a bit of a boutique mechanic.

Skye Burke: Best auto repair service I have ever had, hands down. Knowledgeable main office staff that know what they're talking about, super nice and communicate really well. Techhnicians get the job done right. They even take a ride with you so you're on the same page about your car issues. Diagnostic fee is a little steeper than im ised to, but well worth it to get the issue diagnoaed correctly rhe first time. Best if you plan ahead and leave your car there if you can since they're pretty busy.
