Joseph Tarantino: I needed help in understanding my options for a planned trip to Perth, Australia, so I decided to go to Pioneer Valley Travel for assistance. What I discovered was the absolute most insulting, obnoxious business in Western Massachusetts. My experience is that they are astoundingly rude and have absolutely no interest whatsoever in being the least bit helpful. They didn’t even inquire about what I needed before telling me that they couldn't help at all. Apparently, there was no point in inviting me to sit down and ask about what I needed, so they didn’t. It's almost as if they resented my walking into their business with an interest in doing business with them. In short, in my opinion, Pioneer Valley Travel isn’t just a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME but also a DEGRADING AND INSULTING EXPERIENCE.
