Rubio Corchado: The supervisor Josh does a really fantastic job, he is always looking out for people, also making sure they are doing the right thing and not causing any trouble. He is always on task and never fails to make customers happy and help them with what they need, very respectful gentleman and responsible as well.

Genesis Marrero: They are a TERRIBLE company to work for. Management is rude, childish, unprofessional, and don’t care for their employees. They don’t have official company policies or abide by federal laws.
Orlando Rivera: the worst security ever one security asked me to fight on jan24 the second time they sent police officers to my house by mistake never bothered to see where the domestic was coming from also just talked to a security he wouldnt tell me his name and thats the second time they did so, and i know he is a supervisor cuase he was wearing a white shirt so this security doesnt care who lives here just flashing lights in the parking lot on the phone. also when i asked his name he was on his phone talking to me so i guess we not important yutube is more important than the residents,,honestly after everything ive seen at 193 chestnut st holyoke ma.at wayfinders i believe this company is incompetent and corrupt i believe they are apart of our struggle to keep 193 chestnut safe and drug free..i believe they have been bought the neighborhood talks...and i listen,this security the worst ive ever seen in my life

Larry Dupont: Horrible worked 3 days on my first day of training was told relief gaurds never showed up and when they did it would be hours late and stoned out of there minds out of my three days my relief never showed up I was reprimanded 2nd day for not staying 3rd day I outright told this company I would work my shift but no way would I stay to cover for there pot smoking gaurds 3rd again no relief no answer from dispatch no anything why would anyone hire them

Sean Wadland: I can always count on IBS to get the job done on time, on budget, and within the scope requested. They are responsive and know the electronics/security business very well. They're also great at explaining technical concepts/products in layman's terms, which provides a lot of comfort. Very happy with them, would highly recommend!
Kevin Salisbury: IBS is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very reasonably priced. They do not try to up-sell you for no reason or lock you into expensive proprietary systems - they work hard to understand and meet your specific requirements. I highly recommend IBS to any person or business who needs an alarm system and/or monitoring.
Drew Gorecki: Their services are very good, but we, personally, have had troubles with our system, which is a slight bother, but an IBS employee will happily come out and help. Very good, just our experience hasn't been perfect.
Kenn O'Connell: Why pay a lot for a national company that won't be there when you need them, when you don't have to pay a lot for a local company that will be there for you.

It's 100 degrees out with humidity it's going to feel 110. Inside those trucks it reaches way over 110. Who is this even fit for a human??????? You will be reported Garda!!!!!!!
