Josa Long: The facility is welcoming neat clean and well manicured lawn.Even though the person. I needed to see was on vacation, the person who addressed me was sooo polite. He made me feel so comfortable. Sorry I didn't get his name.
John Papasodora: Update 3/4/22 : They are open now, most classes and activities are by appointment because they can only have a few people at a time. Lunch was very good and I signed up for other days. They give a monthly menu so you can pick and choose. Also, you can take lunch to go or eat there. Lots of seating choices. Very friendly people..........They are not open to the public right now due to COVID-19 but the place looks great and can't wait to join. I have all my paperwork ready and look forward to spending time here. They have so much to offer seniors to help them enjoy their retirement years. Will update this review when they open up and I get to experience it for myself.

Wedding Planner Chaplin: This place we’re offering rapid testing COVID test to the public. When I arrived it was couple minutes after 3:00 pm and it was closed, but the sign in the front door and in their website said they closed at 4:00 pm. That was dissatisfied as people were looking for these test in order to be safe during the holidays and gathering with families. I was very disappointed!
Olander Worthy: Outstanding. They really service seniors with love and care! I started a hoop fitness class on Tuesday at 10:30am.

Lauren De kastrozza: I have spent weeks trying to get an appt for the vaccine since my age group was approved. I realize this is a problem for everyone, but I have gotten no results until I called the Raymond Jordan Center where I am a member. I spoke to Alex , a kind and capable woman who got me an appt in 5 minutes. The Raymond Jordan center has helped me at critical times in my life in the past few years . The staff has assisted me with computer skills, a job program , and other things always with a willing spirit and a smile

Adrienne Osborn: This is a beautiful building. The staff is warm, kind, supportive, generous, knowledgeable and compassionate. I wanted my parents to see this place and they thoroughly enjoyed it. There is so much to do there. If you have elderly family members that need to be active or just to meet new people which enhances their social skills, this is the place to be.

Todd Cieplinski: My son just came of age and very interested in comics with in the past 6 months. We live in Westfield and there isn’t a Comic book store in our community, so we have sampled many in the surrounding area. (30 min drive radius) Overall Bob’s is our favorite. Carl the owner is always very patient, professional, friendly and helpful. He doesn’t just talk to me, as he knows I’m the one holding the purse strings. He engages in conversation with my 8 year old son, shares insights and perspective but within boundaries, whereby my son is neither influenced positively nor negatively in his judgement and exploration of comic brands, writers, artist or characters. Selfishly, I’d like to keep this place a secret, my own private hidden gem. Respecting the community and this solid business owner, I highly recommend this business for any newbie, amateur, intermediate or avid comic enthusiast/collector. Bonus- I love the old school comic shop look and feel, very nostalgic.

Tim McMahon: Back in the 90s when I was collecting comics there were several choices in the area: Altered Earth (being my favorite), Dragons Lair, Same Bat Channel, and Bobs Hobbies. It’s great that Bob’s is still around and I stopped in for the first time in 30 years recently. Had a great chat with the new owner Carl. I moved to CT so other stores are closer and easier to get to, but Bobs will definitely be on my list of stores to get to once in a while.
Michael Philbrick: Love this shop. I don't get to stop in as often as I'd like but when I do the owner is always nice to talk to and helps me find any book I'm looking for. No hype pricing, everything is reasonable. If you're a true collector/reader I'd urge you to stop by. Speculators are better off going somewhere else. Looking forward to my next adventure here.

Maitee Natalia Arocho: I will always come here to get comics. Newbury Comics has nothing on this place, plus it's so much closer! Super knowledgeable about comics and has a lot to choose from. If there is something you need or would like, he does an excellent job of keeping an eye out for you. I love going and chatting with the owner and others who stop by.

Vic R: Recently started my collecting hobby back up and could not have picked a better place to go to. Carl was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. He was able to answer any question I had and provided great advice. These are the things you won’t get at much bigger retailers and I’m happy to support my local small business! Jibba J: So if you need the services this is what you have to watch for. Some of the departments are alright to work with while others are not. There is a good chance that depending on the person you have to deal with that they are going to being rude, not answer any of your questions and not address any issue. If you look up this agency on indeed you can get a better picture of what's going on behind the scenes of this organization. Now if an issue does arise it will not be addressed and the response you will get is to go to a different agency regardless if there is one or not. So while there is some useful aspects to this agency I wouldn't lean on them for very much assistance.* Updating this since I got a response, There is no point in reaching out to them. Here is a brief list of some of the excuses you receive when you attempt to sort out an issue:I'm sorry but we do not have enough people on staff to address your current situationIf you are unhappy with the service you can go to a different agency (no you actually can't they are the only option)I have been with this company X amount of years and despite what the paper work you are holding says you are wrongand the list keeps going on. My faith in the ability of this company is almost gone after a year of these kind of excuses.

My last home worker was to pack my food and go through the dates and I just did it and I found food back to 2018 and 2020 so when my original talk with GSS about homemakers from advanced they did warn me about the lack of service and I would get what I could get because of covid and they're overstaffing of clients. Went to complain never called me back. I don't care anymore they have some standard workers except for one and I apologize to her greatly
Keeping Up with the Jordan’s: If you or your family members are in need of service I highly recommend the staff at greater Springfield senior service always pleasant and helpful they work hard to get you the right help you need in sometimes difficult situations

Sandy D: People are having issues with clients receiving care but getting more hours than they actually work. The people overlooking their clients need to be more concerned with the health care of the clients if they are hard of hearing etc. The persons that take care of the elderly need to understand that their clients have to work around their schedule for doctors appointments etc .. Someone needs to address the care of the elderly and not take advantage of the people.

Sandy Bell: Pleasant view senior center is a great place with many activities. Fitness room area for exercising, and other healthy fitness classes with on premises registered nurse. Lunch menu is always inviting and delicious. Getting together with friends for many fun activities. There is also breakfast on Tuesday's 9-10:30. Come on down and chevk ys out. You'll be glad you did.

Andre Muggiati: I cannot say enough good things about the work the Senior Center does for our community. They offer activities to keep our seniors socially engaged and physically active. I was with them recently, in the Veteran's Day dinner, which was spotlessly organized. I would give them 10 stars, if I could.
