j: VERY RUDE!Hi i have contacted your company many times regarding the past due invoices that your company owes me for the past few years!We have been doing business as me being your supplier of fabric located in Los Angeles California for many years!I have sold fabric to your company for many years unfortunately I have gotten many empty promises for a check being mailed out that payment will be made for the fabric purchases that your company has ordered to mine that I have fulfilled shipped out just like what your company has wanted and asked forMany times you guys asking for a rush order important to be shipped out fulfilled ASAP same day and asking me to help you to get the order out as soon as possible and I have and in return all I am asking for is to get paid be paid for my services of materials that you have asked for and I have sold to you is that so much to ask for?but I still have not received payment and it's been a few years I asked to speak to the owner and or the accounts payable department I have left messages with my call back information with the front desk and I have emailed and I have not received any call back if you can please kindly call me back these invoices go back a few years and I would like to get paid for the material that I have sold and given to your company as it is not right not fair that I should not get paid! Tom kulig: Had my window shades repaired at Osgood. Excellent service with friendly staff. I wasn’t in the market for new shades, but they have a excellent selection to choose from. If I ever need to replace any of my shades, I will be going to Osgood Textiles.

Jamie Addington: Twice now, with two different machines I have tried to use them to get a repair done. Both times they "needed to see it", then after brining them in was told the machines weren't worth repairing, and tried to sell me new machines, even though I told them I wanted MY machine fixed, even if it cost a bit more. After going round and round I eventually left, brought it somewhere else, and had no trouble having it fixed. If you want someone who doesn't want to do the work, and wants to sell you something new, then this is your place. If not, go somewhere else.

She also altered my 3 flower girl dresses a few days before the wedding when I was panicking they were too long. Absolutely amazing job Olena I cannot thank you enough.

pg 70: I purchased some curtains that I loved but the length I needed was not available. I purchased the longer panels and had them hemmed at Olenas’. I asked her to make a couple of throw pillows with the extra material. Olena did a beautiful job. She was very welcoming and listened to what I wanted and she gave me options. She does quality work and everything was ready when she said it would be. I would definitely recommend Olena.
