Soc Trang Restaurant: what do users think?
Ed Y: The best pho broth and butter chicken in the area, hands down!

Marshall Fox: This modest restaurant will surprise you, excellent staff, great service, and super food. Ive been 3 times with larger groups (8-10) people and everyone left with the some opinion "this place is great". Very clean food.
Ping Vuong: Truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine

Yolanda Maddox: Called and picked up Chicken Pho for my mom. It was very fresh and they were nice and order was ready when I got there. Hallway had a weird smell but I think it was the cat litter they used for the ice outside. People were in there even a couple kids. I actually want to try them myself now because of how fresh the ingredients were for the Pho.
David Guy: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5More

Maya Vizcaino: They closed the kitchen 3 hours early and gave us terrible service. We got there around 6pm—their listed closing time is 9pm. However, we overheard another customer ask when they close, and they said “whenever we stop getting orders.”They told us to pick any table. We sat down and waited at least 5 minutes to receive menus. Once ready to order, the waitress goes “oh by the way the grills are off” (so we couldn’t 75% of the options on the menu). We never received water and had to ask. I ordered spring rolls and realized there weren’t even napkins, and had to ask for those too. Then, after we ordered thai teas, she came back a few minutes later to let us know that the tea machine had to heat up so it would be a few more minutes. We never got our thai teas and she didn’t even mention it again. Then, they were staring at us, talking loudly on the phone, essentially doing anything they could to make us uncomfortable so we would leave. They brought the check while we were still eating as well (normally fine if you’re at a place before closing, but it was 3 hours before listed closing time).4.6 stars is 4 stars too many.
Sandra McConathy: I love their fresh rolls and vermicelli bowl with grilled pork.Parking: They have their own lot.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot, Free street parking …More
daniel daniel: Great people and service. Friday is best around.
Crystal Evans: Fresh and friendly atmosphere!
Dora c: Great food excellent service. Try the spring rolls they're so crunchy and delicious
Bonnie Germain: Soc Trang is always my favorite Vietnamese cuisine for healthy, freshly prepared food, and a plus if you're on a low to no salt diet. The wait staff are always very nice and helpful explaining the ingredients in their Vietnamese dishes.Features: No social distancing. The restaurant cleverly has the dining room tables arranged where they're set up 6 feet apart. No outdoor seating.
T James: Attention to detail. Very efficient family run business. Very good people.
Sarah Martin: The food is delicious, generous portions and flavorful. Best pho I’ve had in western mass.
Ricky Tran: Food was good. It was slightly rushed so the flavor didn’t seep in as much, but still fresh. The main problem was the attitude from staff to owner. Getting the stink eye from the owner and the staff taking an hour to make a limeade when there were only two other patrons and only one UberEats order already completed. Also, the waiter treating the caucasian people who came in after my party by 10 minutes better than us gave me a sour taste. (Note: I only came with a party of two full Asian people) Then, the waiter was unable to answer our questions about the specials and did not give us any water or condiments until we asked but attended to all the needs of the white patrons without question. Even though she said she was new, which is ok, her lack of effort into serving my table, her better treatment of another table after me, and her attitude of not wanting to be there was rather distasteful. I understand that the service industry is hard, but try to provide some decent service. If any excuse is to be made from the owner, remember another party came in 10 minutes later after mines and got friendlier and attentive service due to skin color. The sad thing is: I understand the language they spoke as well, so no lie, it was mad disrespectful. I can speak the full language fluently. I just don’t do it when people don’t think I understand them. I don’t really care in the end, but don’t spread the self-hating culture.
