Event horizon: I got one of the green cards in the mail, I went in , in person opened a account and made the deposits as required but did not get the bonus account opening money $300 like it said in the card they send in the mail. branch said they would fix it, then never called back for a entire week. so now I am going to file a complaint with the mass division of banks and close the account.
MrJace18: Terrible service . ATM doesn’t work , drive thru window not open , staff is unprofessional, I rather drive to a citizens atm at a gas station then come here . Needs to be knock down and made into a parking lot for the cvs across the street . Place sucks

Miguel Velez: Worse service....I walked in 20 minutes before closing and they didn't even feel like getting up off his chair to greet me. Then a teller walked to his cubicle and he didn't want to help me open up account. I live 20mins from the branch and will not be going back. This guy acted is if I was a bother and all I wanted was to open up an account. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ron King: Worst Banking experience ever however Lala is the exception but one person cant fix this quagmire of incompetence.Took my money at an ATM Did not depence my cash but charged it to my account anyway and told me to wait 10 days to get it back.When I tried to close this garbage account they said I could take some but not all of my money.Its criminal and exactly what I expect from certain Demos.
Kay Lynn Lopez: Poor customer services, my first and last time at this branch.
Marissa Blaszko: Someone wrote me a check from here, but when I went to cash it Citizens wanted to charge me a $7 fee to give me the money. Unless you actively hate the people you're writing checks for (and I guess yourself because there are almost no Citizens left anymore) go get an account with a credit union.

Thomas Clarke: (LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS THEY RESPOND QUICK TO A 5 STAR review and thank u BUT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT FOLLOWING UP WITH 1 STAR great management) Not a good experience at all many friends and family have had this credit union but have left I've been on the hook for a heloc loan for 2 months now first my loan went from 60k to 34k did a consult with Jessica and she said all looks good and mentioned this credit union doesn't deal with being 3rd on a loan I was told I was in good shape within 3weeks they pulled 2 hard inquires on my credit was sent on a mission twice to get all necessary paperwork and now I get an email saying I have a 42k lein on my property which is a partial lein due to having Fha mortgage.....there is no communication between Jessica and Kristen....most of the staff is very rude I feel like I'm doing something wrong when I go in there....THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TO DEAL WITH IS AYANNA SHE IS JUST AN AMAZING PERSON...I really feel like this credit union is run by complete amateur's....one said I'm good and every time Kristen had time to respond to me it was a problem....but I was approved only to be un approved lol was trying to stay loyal but not worth it....Jessica should have told me from the get we can't help u my mortgage info was in front of u. I will be going with a real loan company if it's still possible they beat my credit up pretty bad with 2 hard inquires in 3 weeks...u all could learn a lot from ayanna..atleast how to treat a customer and smile it really doesn't hurt.thanks again for nothing
B F: I’ve been a member for 20+ years and the customer service is always incredible! I recently had to get a car loan to replace my daughter’s car which was totaled(she was fine but the car, not so much!). Lynn and Nicole got involved and we had a loan and a replacement within a couple days! My son also needed to replace his vehicle and they stepped up yet again and had him approved within a couple days and back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the customer service. They truly take an interest in you as a member and end up treating you like family!

Jessica Ray: The staff here are great never had any bad experience with them on this part at all. I would have rated it a 5 unfortunately I do have one problem when anything goes wrong with your card and it is after business hours you can not do anything there is no number to call nothing .and I normally would not say anything but this seems to be an all the time problem and become a real problem . Trying to do anything expecially when there is no reason my bank should be declining my card when it's my money in your bank .Thank you

The staff always welcomes you with a nice smile and they are very friendly. Painless process from start to finish. They explain everything and have patient with customers. I always have a lot of doubts and questions and they always are very patient with me. The best thing is the payments options they offer. They worked with me to make sure it was a good fit for me. They also offer amazing interest rates. I have done several loans and other banking business and the process have been very easy each time. LOVE MY GREATER SPRINGFIELD CREDIT UNION.

Terrel Bennett: Hello,To whom this may concern I just wanted to point out that I came in for a small vacation loan and was assisted promptly by a lady named Lynn Bovat. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind with her words and actions. She not only help me learn on how to get approved for my vacation loan, but also during the loan process pointed out a large car payment that I made every month and informed me on how refinancing could help save me money. She requested a couple documents and had me do an application for both at the same time. The next day after she called me and I quickly learned that I was approved for both the vacation and car refinance loan which has saved me over $300 or more a month. If it was not for her passion to go above and beyond for her clients and deliver a high quality level of customer service. I would have continued over-spending on my car payments for the next 5 to 6 years. I wanted to send you a personal message acknowledging her for all that she did for me and I’m sure she has done the same for many of her other clients as well. Keep up the great work Lynn!Thank you
