B.: First time at hot brass range. Excellent experience! Spoke with a gentleman at the range counter who was super polite and professional. I think his name was Jared or Jerold but not sure. Answered a ton of questions without batting an eye or coming off as too “busy” as there were other patrons at the counter. Went back to the range which was super clean and state of the art looking. RSO Brent super friendly, extremely professsional, helpful and knowledgeable. Never been big into indoor ranges but definitely a great experience and worth the trip. fair pricing as well for non-member. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

My friend was shooting their firearm that has never been fired before and myself do not carry an ltc so we went together and split the private instructor fee. Literally the most in depth, personable, friendly instructor and experience possible. Customer service was seamless and easy. I usually do not take the time to write reviews either positive or negative, but this experience was on a different level. If you know nothing about a firearm, are sane and sober, please visit and give your business to Hot Brass. I cannot speak enough about how professional, courteous, informative, and serious they are about the safety with firearms.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have so many great memories!From Disney on Ice to the Falcons, and now the Thunderbirds - such a fun time!This weekend they had a dog friendly event, the “St. Pawdy’s Day” hockey game, and it was a big hit! We loved seeing all the different dogs having fun and enjoying the party.There are a ton of different food and beverage options also. You can enjoy typical stadium fare like pretzels and hot dogs or help yourself to barbecue or Chik-fil-A!The only thing I would comment on would be the bathrooms. It would be great if they were tended to a bit more throughout the events. They can be a bit smelly and dirty.Overall, one of the gems of Springfield, MA
