Gregory Norman: I went to Proshred recently to have them shred thousands of old receipts, bills, etc. I had been hoarding this stuff since 2000. I decided that enough was enough and got rid of it. The young lady who assisted me was very nice. Proshred gets 10 stars.

From my initial encounter with Kevin via telephone to pick up of our documents by Adam, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was excellent. We were called 3 times to ensure we knew the time of day of their arrival, their approximate arrival within 30 minutes and then we were called from the driveway! Adam made sure to alert us to come outside to watch the shredding process. Kevin provided quotes and explanations that were clear and ensured I knew what was included in the quote and what might cost extra. In this day of oft-times mediocre customer service, I am impressed with the care we received from Pro-Shred. We will definitely recommend this organization and use in the future!

Liz Stanton: This Springfield location has only been in business for less than 10 years, so I find it hard to believe they put "25 years" in as their service length to this area. Their staff is also rude and very cocky - NOT what I would look to find in a "professional on site service". Their rates are all over the map and you cannot get a straight over-the-email answer from them without them requiring a phone call. This location may be locally owned, but it is still a corporate business. I'm staying local where I know my companies money will be better spent.

Strong & Healthy Smiles Inc.: Incredible team-3 folks came to my office, loaded up big blue locking bins with my old inactive charts, and took them to the truck in my parking lot. The truck has a lift that lifts the bucket, and the files were shredded as I watched on a little video screen on the side of the truck. I paid by credit card, and they emailed me a certificate of destruction. They were friendly, efficient, and secure. 5-stars. I would recommend them to any dental or medical office that needs to purge old charts.Thank you!
B Salyer: Valley Green does a great job. I have used them for my business for years to come on-site to shred sensitive documents, CDs and hard drives and I use them for personal documents as well. They sell convenient bags that you can seal and drop off in Westfield and they give you proof that your items were shredded. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Mackenzie Strong: I have had my mailing address here for a few years now and the staff is always super nice and helpful! I always send packages that I worry about getting damaged through regular shipment here, and they’ve always arrived safely :)

I witnessed a rude customer giving the staff a hard time and it was upsetting to watch. This staff is so patient with the public,especially a gal named Tiffany. NANCY: I frequent this UPS store on Riverdale Road at least a few times a month and it's about time I write a review for the awesome staff at this location. I have been in numerous times and I have witnessed how rudely the staff is treated by a large portion of their clientele. The staff is just trying to do their jobs. Tara, Shawn & Tiffany go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! They take the time to explain to customers how to properly pack their returns and also advise that the instructions are provided in their emails as well. I go to this location because of their superior customer support. They're always very friendly- service with a smile. Keep up the great work! Great job in keeping your composure too. I just got out of the hospital - my best friend died, I asked for help on two pair jeans that were the same retrieved the codes - but was very rude. I know these pass two years have been tough but this does not give anybody the right to laugh at a crying woman. I will never return. Just look at the reviews of this place. How can this place keep operating - they are terrible to their customers - they will get it in return - karma goes around, but would it not be nice just to be kind while doing you job?

I will never buy another item that requires return at the UPS store. Wish when I called they said WE WON'T HELP YOU WHEN YOU COME IN AND PLAN ON BEING TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY- I would have gone somewhere else. Did a return at a UPS store in Florida and they taped the box after verifying what was being returned all while being nice and polite. BTW THEY AREN"T SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO anymore and asking why apparently SET the employee off!!!! UPS needs to step up here as they are hurting the brand!!!
M R: The 2 females that were there today were extremely rude. (12/20/22 1:30pm) ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY, ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! And can’t blame it on the “rush of the holidays” cuz there were only 3 people there the 1st time I went and 2 the 2nd time. Being polite doesn’t hurt anyone! No need to snap at people for asking a question or not being familiar with a simple amazon return! Or like the guy in front of me who needed to have a shipping label printed. He walked back out with his package cuz of the attitude he was given. Or the female with the broken English accent that went to show her QR code & was given attitude without even being greeted cuz the tape to reseal her package was broken. How about treating others with RESPECT and saying things nicely.

Trish Baez: Went to drop off 2 items being returned to Amazon. Said no package or box required. There were 2 items, same saller, to 2 return codes. The girl only scanned 1. I asked her and she said there is only 1 package, that is how I received 15 minutes ago! Just scan both codes. After trying to explain to her I simply took the Items out of the envelope and threw it away. She then scanned the other code and asked where my packaging was. Not needed I saidand walked out. They are very very rude there and lack any common sense. Won't be back.

Tariq Faridi: My package was fully packed. I just needed maybe 4 inch piece of tape for the package today beflre shippimg, 4 INCHES, and Diane at the front desk said I need to pay $2 for it. She said I have a QR code for return so customer has to package it fully otherwise they'll charge 2 dollars. My item was fully packed,, I just needed a 4 inch piece of tape. I asked to speak to a manager and she said manager is not here, and the other person there also said it's a policy. They clearly lack common sense , to make exceptions in certain situations. I have shipped alot of things because of my business from UPS and I was never asked to pay $2 for a tiny piece of tape. I asked her if she can just put the tape today and Noelle that I know I will make sure it's fully packaged, but she didn't accommodate. Next time I'll choose PICK ITEM from my hiuse for Amazon returns instead of me dropping it off. Not visiting this UPS store, they can come to my house.Dear owner, my item was PACKAGED AND SEALED. I just needed a 4 inch tape, and it was right on the table which she didn't let me use. I even told her I didn't know about this policy in the future ill make sure it's fully sealed. I have a business and have policies too, but I let my employees use common sense and focus on customer service.
M B: Nobody answers the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, no one will answer. I live more than an hour away and need to know if there’s anything in my mailbox before making the drive out. I regret buying a mailbox at this branch.

Groupon usually has a special for $25 for up to 10 boxes of confidential info. Due to covid-19 you have to call first to make an appointment to drop off any boxes. I will definitely be using them again!!!
