They spent a lot of time with us comparing hockey skates for my wife who has played hockey her whole life and hasn't bought skates in over 15 years. Codey Winters: Horrible skate sharpening. If you like anything above a 5/8 sharpening, go to gateway. Had my skates sharpened and they were more dull than when I brought them in.

Ruth Walton: Our Women’s hockey team from Utah flew to Boston for a tournament. When they landed they found out the airline had forgotten to put their sticks on the plane. The women only had a few hours to hit the ice and had no sticks. Bertelli’s Skate Shop found out about their dilemma and opened their doors after hours and sold sticks at a discount to help our women take the ice. Their willingness to help us out of a jam was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Zach Pamaylaon: Been going here for a long time but today was the worst experience I ever had. Went inside to get insoles for my skates. Told him my feet been hurting and he was like well those are hockey insoles assuming that I didn’t play hockey or had any idea where I was. He was really rude asking me what I wanted to where it seemed inconvenient for him. Only then when I was leaving then they seemed like they wanted to actually help me. I don’t know if I’m ever going back here.
Joseph menard: Do not go here they charge way to much on tax for everything, they scam you, $45 for one thing but there tax brought it up to $54 but it should’ve been $48 PS tax in mass is only 5%

I took my time with every piece of equipment to make sure it was the exact piece I was looking for and that each piece fit perfectly, comfortably and provided the protection I need while playing this game I love. AnointedOne (Sweetlady): Went in on a Monday to send off package using express 2 day shipping. Item didn't get sent off until Wednesday. It is now Friday and item has still not reached it's destination. Not the friendliest service at this location either. Straight to business. Don't expect service with a smille, "good afternoon", "thank you" or "have a nice day". Definitely don't expect your package to arrive on time.

Jeremy Jachym: Great veteran owned business. I brought him the Dullest rounded edged machete I had and he put a great edge on it. Have since brought other knives and chainsaw blades and he has worked his magic getting them back in fighting shape.

How am I supposed to wear these things?*I'm not interested in returning the item nor reaching out to you... I'll have the straps put on. It's not tough to see 3 missing straps on shoulder pads when boxing them. The right thing to do would be letting the customer, who lives across the country, know this before the item is shipped... and I leave plenty of 5 star reviews when they're deserving of them. Good day.
ryan merccer: Advertised stuff they don't have in store, when I went in there was a dog running around that was owned by an employ and tried to jump over the checkout desk, had no survive dog vest and servers tried to tell me they knew more about my equipment then I did have absolutely no lacrosse equipment, had more fun at a local indoor zoo
