Angela Reads: The first time I went here for skis, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, when I came in 2022, the girl working the counter accused me of leaving with ski poles she never gave to me, and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'm going to find a shop that values their customers with the courtesy of manners.
Jason Barroso: Cool little ski/snowboard/bike shop. Not the biggest shop, but the customer service more than makes up for it.

D C: Went out to get a new shifter cable. Got a really bad flat on the way there. They got me right back on the road within the hour. A little hack job but it got me home can’t thank them enough and really great customer service. Definitely dropping my bikes off there to get tuned up !!

Zack Penny: There were some logistical confusion with pick up after a ski tune that sorta put me out, but the rep behind the counter offered to drop them off at my house which was out of the way for him which I naturally declined then didn't charge for the tune due to the mix up. Really saved my whole opinion on the place. That was cool & appreciated. Great stone tune too!

Michael Madsen: This place has been around for many years. You can ski equipment in the winter and get Bicycle equipment in the summer.
K F: Got my board stoned. Good work. Small spot, so it’s packed if you go on the weekends early in the season. During the week before 5 seems like the time to go.

Took skis in to have them mount bindings which they did while I waited. Technician was very experienced and helpful. As part of package, got free ticket to Berkshire East. Just real decent and honest people that will set you and your family up with the right equipment at a very fair price.
