Sarah Peters: I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at the Cosmetic and Wellness center, and have been holding off final judgment until the end of the treatments. I found the treatments to be inadequate and not thoroughly completed, unlike those treatments provided by another local laser hair removal doctor. I tried to communicate my needs with the doctor at Cosmetic and Wellness Center, and I noticed that he did not keep notes on my treatments to monitor its effects or the level of intensity that was required. I asked to pay the doctor to provide a touch-up on an area I had treated previously at another facility, and his treatment was so quick and superficial that he ultimately missed most of the area. I found the doctor to be most interested with moving quickly rather than doing a good job, and I wasted my money and time as a customer at his office.

My doctor takes time to listen to my concerns and has always taken cared off my skin issues promptly and effectively. The front staff is always welcoming and gets you registered quickly and the wait time isn't long before seeing the doctor. I appreciate all of them and I think you will too.

lisa miller: Would rate a 0 if I could!! I called in Feb 2022 to set up an appt, I was given an appt a year and 4 mo later in June 2023. Recieved a message on 12/30/22, that my June 2023 appt had been rescheduled to the end of Oct 2023. So, now my appt is a year and 8 months from making appt my initialcall, i mentioned that an immediate family member has had a lot of surgery & was willing to wait but no more, appt cancelled!

Pauline Lawless: My provider moved and I was not notified - dropped into limbo. Lazer surgery for my previous reconstructive surgery has a 10 month wait list. I'm supposed to be monitored every 6 months for BCC, I haven't a provider now so I will need to get " squeezed in". This increases my chances of having invasive bcc/ surgery again. So much for closely monitoring and getting the cancer in the early stages.

When Dr retired, new PA promptly did a full check and found malignant melanoma on shoulder. Let's hope they found it in time. Been to a surgeon twice so far and hope we are in top of it. I would give them one star except the PA has redeemed them somewhat.

As a former patient of Dr. Wenner) at NED for decades - When only ONE doctor, out of many in this practice, can operate the high-tech V-beam machine - and you can only book it through his secretary - a year long wait for an appointment is unacceptable. I found a wonderful doctor in Amherst and have had amazing results over the past few months with my last treatment today. I canceled my Fall appointment with Dr. Glazer that I made last Fall.

Lana used her expertise in micro blading and now I have the most realistic, perfect eyebrows!
