Tyler B: Staff was friendly and helpful with purchasing a new side by side.
Slingshot 860jake (Jake): Risa was grate to deal with. She got me approved with in a hour . The next day got the paper work done in quick amount of time .easy to deal with. Would recommend frist review was in 2020 ( up date march 2023 put a new battery in my Slingshot. I bought last year because the battery died throughout the winter time then ran diagnostics on it through the entertainment system figured out it’s a clutch sensor was bad. Chris spent about 25 minutes on the phone, sent me diagram to see if I could get it readjusted because it’s only a one 10 mm bolt to readjust it to see if it was a simple fix or if it was bad unfortunately it was bad we deemed that it was defective and he ordered a new one, grate customer service !! They go above and beyond to help you out!

albert sejdiu: The worst experience ever i order jet ski in april i gave them deposit they kept my deposit for 5 months when jet ski came they sold to someone else for more money they made alll the lies they could so they can sell it to some one else I suggest to anyone not to go there because they dont honor anything what they tell you they are bunch of liers from sells to the manager. The worst customer service ever just read the bad reviews it tell u alot i should of known better not to go there if i could i truly would of left zero in review thats how bad they were. Most of there good reviews were written by them. So I suggest if u dont want any headache stay way go somewhere where appreciate ur business

Jack-O Lantern: Clothing and gear selection is very limited/poor. No idea on how the service department is, haven't used their service. Good amount of bikes but no good deals. They claim they can't because of shortages, yet countless of dealers in the south have no issues with out the door total prices at what the MSRP is and or less depending on models and they'll ship the bikes to you for around $300, while up here with them it's the MSRP plus tax & fees around an extra $2000 or so, at best maybe a manufacturers $500 or less discount incentive, but they'll try to sneak their warranty for a few grand without you noticing lol. Weirdly enough in the south they don't complain about shortages and if anything after calling a number of southern dealers, claim if you don't see it we can order it for you. Yet up here, it's always the, we only have 1 coming in for the year, yeah shortages... lol

Nick A: This “Used to be” ENFIELD MOTORSPORTS and as most or nearly everyone knew how you felt when you walked through the door to get parts, service, or to purchase a new machine. I can personally attest that it “Used to be” a terrible experience almost every time you walked through that dreaded door. NOW LETS MOVE FORWARD to 2022. You NEED TO experience the new Mom’s Enfield. From the sales greeting as you walk through the door to the experience at the counter ordering parts or just grabbing your NH REGISTRATION which you can finally put on a credit card instead of having to pay with cash. Today when I showed up at Mom’s Enfield the staff was spot on and willing to help. The showroom had a decent selection of Polaris Snowmobiles with no recall issues and a whole bunch of ATVs to choose from. The entire staff were engaging, polite, and courteous. Thanks for bringing this establishment back and making it Inviting again. Great Job!!
Greg L: Very impressed with my visit last month. Very close to buying a bike. What I don't know - what variety of lenders they go through? I'm assuming traditional lenders but what about lenders like roadrunner/octane and Sheffield to name a couple.
A. L.: Good place to stop in off I-91. Parts and accessories for atvs utvs etc. and they also issue NH atv registrations. Friendly staff and get you what you need quick.
Kristina McGuire: The gas cap on my V Star was on loose and fell off on my way home from work. I backtracked twice to try and find it but no luck. I called MOM's and explained my dilemna. First, they were worried about my safety and wanted to make sure I was away from the highway bridge where I lost my gas cap. I explained I was in a parking lot and just needed to know if they had a gas cap for my bike. They said they would have to order it but that I should come in anyways and maybe they could help me "Mickey Mouse" something on my bike so that gas doesn't spill all over me on my way home. These three gentlemen were great. They were able to order me the part and they even allowed me to borrow a gas cap from one of their bikes and they had to carve me a key for it. These men went Above and Beyond in my customer service experience. I will recommend them to anybody and am now going to give them the business of my bike's oil changes and tune-ups.

Jaggy: Bought a 900 Vulcan classic there last month. Dale sold the motorcycle to me and was attentive and informative. I enjoyed the buying experiance. The bike had a small indicator problem after i picked it up which was dealt with promptly at the bikes first 600 mile service by Jerry. Diane in the service department was polite, freindly and efficient and i will happily use Enfeild again.Update 4/28/22Just used Enfeild Motorsports again now called MOMs Enfeild. Jim and his team couldn't do enough for me. Managed to get my bike serviced within a day despite being snowed under with work. Fantastic service from these people. Freindly and helpful also Brian on the sales floor is a very freindly attentive salesperson. Would recommend this firm wholeheartedly.
juan fabregas: This dealership is now Mom's of Enfield. I spoke to the salesman and the sales manager. I was just there looking to see if they had something for my wife to ride. Inventory all around is hard to come by and there was no pressure for me to buy something. Sales manager says changes are coming to make the dealership more modern.

Not sure she is the right person for the company to be scheduling services if she can't first figure out how to speak to customers. I'll bring my sons atv somewhere else for service just to avoid the attitude problem.
