His bosses weren't even able to get him to respond to me, they didn't have his most current phone number and I just received an email that my project has been canceled. Choose any other company, these people clearly don't know what they're doing if they can't even get their sales reps to follow through with responding to their customers. What an absolute joke.

Robert VanZandt: Worst customer service I have ever experienced, no communication, no follow-ups. I have been working with them for about 3 year to get this system online, with no luck. My system has been installed for 5 months now and still not generating power. I've call customer service only to get a call taker who has no idea what the heck is going on and couldn't even find my account for over 15 minutes. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Then we don’t heard from sales person and anyone from this company for two months! All my messages and E-mails don’t have any response. We try contact everyone with no answer. Finally we got call from sales person with saying he was out for all this time and with very rude attitude start saying everything is are fault because we don’t have the contracts properly signed!!! They tell us this after all this months we waiting for installation?!?!?Everyone be careful with this company.

Casey Mowatt: The sales people were great and continued to keep us informed of the progress and status of each step. They were able to come and install the panels sooner than anticipated and were very polite and courteous. I forgot that even after the panels are installed that we still have to wait for Eversource to come and redirect the meters, so that part is another waiting game. I just hope we actually have time to build up the energy needed before winter comes.

Well, here we are refinancing and our attorney discovered they put a lien on our home and are not replying to our attorney. Be very careful what you believe with this company!

Luis & Patricia Rodriguez: We thought this would be a great decision and it has turned in to a big headache. It has taken 10 months from the date we signed our contract to actually get the system turned on. On the day it turned on, the ground wiring for our water system all of a sudden fried, causing us to have no running water. When we called, they refused to send someone out. Then when I pushed back, they said they could have someone one look in 2 business days. At this point, we don't trust the company, their support system, and can't wait to get it off our home. Seemed a bit ironic that the day they turned it on, we had wires fry for other systems.Be very cautious ⚠️

I decided to go with them in the summer of 2019.It took them almost 8 months just to finally get around to installing the solar panels in May of 2020, but not until I paid them nearly $6,000 to shingle my roof.It has been nearly a year now and they still will not switch on the panels. There has been no viable explanation given and they have been nearly impossible to get a straight answer from, taking weeks many times to respond to me when I enquire as when my panels will be turned on so I can start saving money on my electric bill.At this point in time, I would strongly recommend anyone who is considering solar to avoid Vivint. My experience with them has made me seriously regret my decision to use their services.

I have Ring on my front door, so he went to my KITCHEN door and knocked instead.. already had my screen door open, so I didn't open the door. Looked out the door and asked why he went to my back/kitchen door and he act as though he couldn't hear me.I CLEARLY have a No Soliciting sign next to my door bell. Not sure if this person was actually with Trinity....Questionable as no one from Trinity Solar has called me back so I can confirm they have people walking in my area.. and if this is part of their practice to go to other doors..and NOT the actual front door..I

They explained everything before starting their work, during the installation of the framework for the solar panels, and when complete, explained what the next step was. When they returned to place the panels, again they explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and again what the next step would be. They answered any and all questions we had and again were respectful of our property and home and cleaned up everything at the end of each visit. I would highly recommend this company for solar installation!!

Trinity even removed the 5 trees in my front yard to make it possible! The install was very professional and was done in a day and a half. I’m a big tech enthusiast so the solar was definitely the way to go!

Mike Quinlan: One should not have to tell a solicitor more than once that they aren't interested.The kid that knocked on my door today was as nice as can be, but that fact that I had to tell him five times that I'm not interested while my two year old son screamed in the background, naked (the knock came mid diaper change) made it clear that not accepting "no" for an answer is part of your training regimen.I would like to get solar someday. I know all of the benefits. I will not be using trinity because y'all can't take a hint.This isn't the first time... The last guy came and interrupted a family cook out. And like many others leaving 1 star reviews, I get a knock once every month or so.

No one contacted us after the installation, no one helped us with setting up an account. Not one person cared. The only phone call we received was we are late in our payments. Called the customer care people and was speaking to someone that just didn't care. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.... DON'T WALK... RUN.
