Mikayla Dows: Be wary of anything you buy here. Majority of funko pops are ridiculously overpriced. Especially the exclusives, from FYE for example, that can still be found in the FYE in the same mall… also, we stumbled apon some very obviously faked funkos. There is nothing wrong with customs clearly marked as not official, but these (photos below) are trying to be passed off as real. We know they very obviously aren’t, but still. For those who may not know by looking, there is no mention of it being their creation. Seeing these also made us inspect the other regular funkos they have a little closer and it’s just best not to buy here.

Revan Tano: Don’t buy Pokémon cards here. Ridiculously overpriced sealed products, and 75% of the cards in their stock are over priced. The older guy running the front desk didn’t make us feel welcome at all, and tended to just leer the whole time. I get the vibe he doesn’t trust young people. Go to Endangered Hobbies instead, MUCH better prices and the guy there was amazing and super friendly to talk to. Also check out X9 games in Hadley if you’re into TCGs, they’re great.

Gwyneth Gagnon: This store has awful pricing and the worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. I was just shopping with my brothers and had at least 50 dollars worth of merchandise I was going to buy until one of the workers kicked us out threatening to call security. My brothers were the ones accused and I was only sticking up for them and he still kicked us out. We DID NOT do anything or break anything in there store but have been customers on several occasions. WILL NEVER shop there again and advise you to do the same.

Joseph Fisher: Sports zone is a great place to find collectables that you've been unable to find like pop vinyls, pokemon cards, sports cards, and squishmallows. Plus they buy and sell all that stuff too.

Packers Nation: Owner had a big store but ended up spending 15min looking up the prices for about 5-8 action figures I picked out on eBay. I have a eBay account too you know…… why not just put prices on things? It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience overall.

Matty J: NOTHING IS PRICED FOR WHAT YOU ACTUALLY BUT IT FOR. Picked up two books that had no price on them besides the market price ($24.99 each). I got to the register and the cashier handed my books a guy and he PRICED CHECKED THEM. He told me one would be $35 and the other would be $50. I bought them because those are pretty much the going prices online. But that’s no way to do business. Either mark your stock with the prices you want for them, or have signage stating that prices are subject to fluctuate according to online prices. Never shopping here again.

The guys there are straight talkers and deal by honesty and integrity. Whether you simply have a question, need a valuation, want to buy something...they will give you the best price and fairest deals. They aren’t in it to make money off of you and laugh all the way to the bank. They are true collectors and there to help. So much so that if they don’t have an answer (extremely rare), they’ll tell you that and/or find it! I’ve had nothing but terrific experiences with them and have learned an immense amount of invaluable information that I continue to build upon. They have earned our trust and respect and that’s worth its weight in gold, literally. I always look forward to my visits there!

Today, at the age of 45, I'm all-the-more impressed with the consummate professionalism, expertise and exceedingly high ethical standards of this fine business, its founder, and the entire staff of expert numismatists (with a shout out to Walt!) While I'm only a novice collector, I have encountered many coin & precious metals dealers; and I can honestly state, in all sincerity, that these guys are absolutely among the best in the business. First Defense: Literally one of the best shops on the East Coast. They have everything from sports wax to raw and graded. Anything TCG and signed memorabilia galore! They just expanded into a larger space that has a gaming setup, lounge, tons of TV's and they are even adding a bar. No one can top what Fearless is doing in the card market!
