Nunya Bizniss: My friend and I went to Boston and Springfield for the weekend of November 18-21. Check-in took FOREVER! We were placed in one of the separate buildings which appears to be undergoing renovation. Fine, I get it, you have to renovate at some point, right? But, this stay was pretty foul! The building itself appeared to be falling apart. The overhang had no paneling, lights and ceiling boxes, insulation, all were visibly hanging out. There were broken screens on many of the windows. Then, we step into the room. The smell of stale smoke and ash nearly knocked us over! But beyond that, the toilet seat was broken, the walls were dirty, and the whole room was simply gross. Now, my friend booked this room, so I didn't complain too much. But keep in mind, neither of us smokes! And he said he asked for a non-smoking room. But, we were only going to be staying one night, and spent most of that time out and about anyway. So, we sucked it up and dealt with it. If I had booked this room, I definitely would have asked for a different room, at minimum.

James Diamond: First off it's a motel not a hotel. First room kinda smelled weird and when we used the bathroom the toilet wouldn't go down. They moved us upstairs which was nice and it was quiet definitely cleaner. Beds were advertised as a queen it was a full. For the money spent and just location it was an ok deal. Oh yeah second toilet wouldn't flush fully either
