Yes, everything is going up, but at least keep everything fresh and up-to-date. Also eliminated Badia products from the shelves among other items. You'd be surprised to see some items that'll bring back memories especially snacks...You may also be lucky to shop on days when fresh produce (vegetables especially) come in, else you'll have to make do with frozen versions.Quite pricey though, but this is to be expected seeing they are custom items.

Keyasha Clark: Woman behind the counter is very rude. I purchased a set of waist beads for some reason it had a knot in it that I could unloose. I bring the waist beads back and she's accusing me of messing them up. She tries to give me another style of waist beads and I asked her if I can get the same color patterns as the ones that I had before. This lady starts raising her voice at me saying that I messed up the waist beads and now I want her to give me something else. I've been told her I do not appreciate the way that she was speaking to me as a customer. She then throws the waist beads at me and tells me she's not going to replace them. I don't know if she was having a bad day but I have come to the store on separate occasions to buy Shea butter and I have never experienced this type of customer service here. I will never come to the store ever again! Being a black person trying to support other black businesses this is the type of customer service that we get. Smh

I had the chance to speak with manager, Michael, and mentioned to him you can always spot a great manager by how his staff presents themselves. He is doing an extraordinary job at this location.

The place is empty, it looks as if they are have a very hard time keeping up with demand. - 2/10/2023 adding to my original review, I don't know what's stop& shop is doing to try to make my experience better but I just walked in there to try to get two items that I forgot and there are lines down the aisles to get out. It's been like this a lot lately. I stopped going to Walmart for groceries. For this reason they just don't care about you is what it feels like they want the self checkouts to do the majority of the work, which means that you're doing the majority of the work while there is barely any other registers open if any at all sometimes. I used to love this place. It was always my go-to not anymore.

Kelly Higgins: Walking down the aisle and seeing the perfectly stacked cans of dog food made me know I was in a real, first quality supermarket. Stop and Shop has variety and service beyond compare. The store is clean and comfortable. I got what I needed and used a cashier to check out. Yes, a real human being who was pleasant and efficient.
