Brenda Cody: The front staff members steal personal information. I’m sure it was the girl with the short black hair and big eyes, or her little friend that seemed overzealous to see me frazzled. I have filed a police report and will be holding this company responsible for the private information this woman has obtained and disclosed online. Not only did I stay at this hotel in expectation to have a safe place while in town on business yet arrive back after a long week of disasters to find not only has my safety been put at risk due to her disclosing my location/stay, but my personal information and credit card information used not even a full 48 hours after my stay. this was completely unacceptable and the whole process with authorities will just make things so much harder on me than they already were. Thank you Sheraton for being so “reliable” as the reviews online stated. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place when in Springfield, MA.

Betzaida DiLapi: The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean. Elevators broke down. Elevators would jump at every floor as people were trying to get on or exit. Took the stairs as much as possible. desi: The room was nice and love that it’s right in the airport. Security knocked my my door 3 times at 12:50am and woke me up. They needed to know if the room was occupied. I had a 4:30am wake up call and was never able to fall back asleep. Not sure why they need to know this information at exactly that time n the morning. When I called the front desk about it, they could care less, almost sounded as if they were laughing about it.

Noah Fisher: This hotel is the entire package when it comes to hotels, its located within Bradley international Airport so you do have to go through the airport to get to the hotel itself, the room we stayed in had a great view of the airport runway, and very nice and clean showers. It has very quick and easy access to the airport, so getting to our gate was easy, I would recommend to anyone with an overnight layover at Bradley intl, or staying overnight to catch a flight.
Johann Peter Reimer: I stayed in this hotel for one night. When you arrive at Hartford (BDL) you have to go upstairs to the departure deck and turn right. You see the hotel immediately and reach it within a minute. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The view towards the tarmac was nice and I had a quick dinner in the bar „Cloud 9“. All good, nothing spectacular! :)The fridge in the room was super noisy so I switched it off.Would come here again.
