We have been in business over 51 years now an going strong...serving thousands of satisfied customers.... we have to be doing a lot more right than wrong. I don't consider my store a keyboard store, but we always carry a few models of keyboard stands in stock at all times being they have other uses example: Mixers , DJ console stand... We have 2 here at the shop that answer the phones both owners, we do not hang up on customers ever knowingly. A reasonable person understands sometimes calls get jammed with wireless cells being the norm today. This is the first time I ever felt the need to publicly respond to a negative review but I wanted to set the record strait. You had your say , I felt the need to give mine. I hope this clears up this matter on a positive note

I recently bought tire irons here for 7 bucks a piece. O'Reillys lists the same brand tire iron at a price of 36 dollars. Always check harbor freight first!

I got injured and couldn't walk and I had a scooter and a ramp and I needed something to carry the scooter around and they worked with me with buying the carrier and I had a trailer hitch installed but they shouldn't have installed it it's car it can't hold anything and it wasn't high enough for the carrier and they did so many things to try to get it to work and get higher off the ground. I ended up having to really turn everything. And there was never an issue nor a problem they have the greatest attitude and customer service.Recently I bought a warrior drill and a little case of drill bits and things I needed. Well I dropped the charger and doesn't work and I didn't have the receipt and they couldn't find me in the computer when I called.I went in to buy a new battery charger and just ask the girl to pull me up by name. She found my account and my phone number so I'm not sure what happened when I called they couldn't find me.All I have to do is bring back the whole drill and battery charger and I get a whole new set.Like I said this is the best place for customer service help an items

m s: It's amazing how sometimes what you need and expect a hardware to carry will never be there. Everything else, yes. What you need, well, no, but you know, necessity is the mother of invention, so getting crafty, if you know what you're doing, is a necessity. Otherwise, great store, polite staff, plenty of parking, plenty of seasonal offering, and some random weird stuff as well. I am personally a home depot kinda customer, but I always give a chance to Rocky's - its a love / hate relationship.

They have a broad enough selection of items that makes them a good go to place for hardware, lawn care, and lighting needs. I definitely recommend this place!!! Recently as of June 2022 the store has been reorganized making it easier to find what you are looking for.
