Unfortunately after install we found the back of the granite was cut slightly off. Mike came out to inspect the small error and also noticed a very small crack. Both problems were very small and could be overlooked by myself. Mike was unhappy with the product that was installed and insisted on replacing it. Even in the middle of the Holidays he fit me in and installed a complete new granite countertop. Amazing it is absolutely perfect. Its hard to find people with that kind of pride. We called multiple times prior to know the status of the vanity, no response or call back. Then they receive a call stating it won’t be in until mid January. The business promised a date and when we called about this the manager stated “oh you need to talk to the sales rep” why ??? For her to just deny saying what date she promised us ? Get out of here ! A manager should be able to handle this type of a situation and not a sales rep. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.This is completely unacceptable from a company to set an expectation about a product then fail to deliver on good customer service. This is not a standard business practice and myself and family will be sure to not recommend this company’s products or services to anyone. I would LOVE to see the manager call me about this.

Meg Marie: Well to start, Im a big fan of supporting small businesses and at the end of the day the countertops came out beautifully. The low score is mostly for the process of getting the countertops and the sink ordeal.My experience was not great, it felt very very unorganized. The only times I received a phone call was for the deposit and final payment. Besides that, I had to call for templating, and call multiple times regarding the day they would be installed. The initial back and forth of emails was also very repetitive. I answered the same question 3 to 4 times in a week span.After the countertops and sink were installed, I wish they did a walk through to make sure everything is good to go. The sink has many scratches in it, which once I contacted them, said it must have been the manufacturer... SO when templating and installing, they never noticed the huge scratches or if they did, continued to install and oh well.Ultimately, I wish I shopped around more and I recommend looking elsewhere.

We were replacing an old kitchen sink and the granite counter top installed was not cut to standard size based on the dimensions of the old sink. Barring having to order a custom sized kitchen sink our only option was to cut the granite in order to properly fit not only our new sink but any sink in the future. Northern Granite fit us into a incredibly tight schedule being incredibly understanding of our dilemma and were in and out within 2 hours with a picture perfect cut with almost no left over dust or residue from the job. We couldn't thank them enough for their service!

The two installers, Michael and think his name was Tsras, were beyond wonderful. It was a difficult job but not a word from them about it being difficult. Cleanup was well done. I am very picky about quality and this company delivers. They also took our sink and 2 bathroom sinks for us and carried away all old countertops. This company donates good pieces who send them to Guatalama build homes for the poor..
