When we let them know they were mistaken, they didn't initially believe we were correct. That was weird because we of course know what we ordered. Then we didn't get our meal for a good 20-30 minutes after having already finished our appetizer. At the end, they switched our receipts with another customer. Mind you, there were only 3 parties in the entire establishment.Lava cake was not something to gush over. Ice cream was small hard scoops. Cake was luke warm. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and honestly it's the best chicken sandwich in the area. It is always crispy and still juicy. Perfect if you like spicy chicken sandwiches with a decent but of heat but not too much it kills the flavor of everything else in the sandwich.

Luckily this one was in range so I ordered here instead and behold, my order was correct and on time!! Minus one star because the fries were a bit undercooked and they forgot ketchup. Other than that, this will be my go-to friendlys for delivery from now on.

Friendly's had been a regular resteraunt choice until their service had gone downhill then they closed one by one and I stopped choosing this establishment choice. I was excited to have chosen to try them once again. I was nostalgic when entering, experience was great making the decision to give it a chance once again a positive one. The service from employee was impressive and my choice of ice cream left me satisfied with the whole experience. Making myself, once again left happy and with a full stomach. So now it has become a top contender in making it a option.

Alan Dagesse: Tough spot. Waitress was nice and service was ok but she stunk of weed. My daughters mac and cheese looked like it was cooked two days ago and microwaved for her. Bathrooms were on the dirty side, so much that we felt more comfortable changing our daughter diaper in the car rather than in the rest room. Sandwiches are on the small side, should be cheaper than it is. Don’t go here unless it’s just for ice cream.

I seen her interact with them and make them feel special while they were there. Offered crayons and would ask their favorite color etc. Have fun with them and the kids enjoyed there dinner and behavedl. The parents were very happy with her service. I was impressed with it myself.

We ordered sundaes and paid for extra toppings, they each came with NO toppings at all not even the ones included originally . We called the restaurant to talk with the “manager”, we got Sean/Shawn and he said “ what’s up” very rudely when I said I wanted to report an issue. He was extremely rude when we expressed our concerns then continued to ignore us and eventually hung up the phone on us. We did not get an apology, a refund, our order remade correctly or even a credit. We paid over $120 for literally nothing, absolutely horrible experience.
