Nancy Bogdanovich: I went in looking for an air cast, almost a week ago. I sat in the store for a good 25 minutes to be told they do have the product but it needed to be fitted. I have been calling everyday only to find out the person who fits have been out sick ( hope she is feeling better). I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I am having surgery in four days with no air cast available to me. With all the people massurgical serves one would think that more than one employee would be trained on fitting a cast. I am very disappointed and would highly recommend you shop else where if you need more than regular off the shelf merchandise. Again I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend massurgical . Also was told I would get a call when the one and only fitter was in but didn't know is she would be able to fit me into her schedule . Never even received a call back. Nothing but bad reviews for me. Sorry !!👎👎👎👎

Benjamin Glick: These people are great. My mother injured herself, and we needed a hospital bed in our home on short notice. Mass Surgical were friendly and responsive. I asked for expedited delivery and they made it happen. The bed is great. They set everything up and gave us exactly what we needed. Much appreciated.
Jason Gallagher: We produce many of the products on offer here from our factory down the road. The delivery man is always friendly and their customer service reps are fine folks.
Vanessa Tate: I went there to order my compression knee highs. The lady that waited on me was so nice and professional. I'm waiting for my item to come in since before Christmas. They never put my order in. Very disappointed.
