Psychic Helena: Great experience and highly recommended! I love the fact it's clean, nice atmosphere, has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, the rates are the lowest around and the beds are great. Very accommodating place. You get to upgrade free on Fridays so you never reach the dreaded "tanning plateau." The beds are safe and comfy. My dermatologist recommended tanning to me for my acne. Since I started here 2 weeks ago, my skin has improved drastically as far as my cystic acne breakouts, body breakouts, overall texture and firmmess, and I love that my new bronzed color makes me look thinner and more toned than I actually am! To me, tanning is kind of a life saver in those respects. This salon is also only a 6 minute drive from me in Springfield even though on the map, there are other places that are closer. I think it's because I can avoid the gas-guzzling Springfield traffic by zipping over. I am definitely a happy customer!

Natas Louis: This is a good, clean salon. I'm an experienced tanner of 24 years and am from FL where tanning is a constant. Since relocating from FL in 2015, I've tried every tanning place I could find in and around Springfield and eventually stopped tanning because I didn't much care for the experience anywhere...until now. I bought a month of level 3 tanning here at Sunkissed. The pricing is reasonable and there's never, ever a wait. Even on weekends. When you buy a membership, there's a discount when you purchase a minimum of 3 months. As soon as my tester month runs out, I'll be doing that. There are 4 levels of tanning. You can also use any of the beds in the salon at your level or below which is nice, and you get to upgrade to the Level 4 bed for free on Fridays. Other salons charge for that option. The level 1 beds had the fewest hours on them, so I tried one for fun and I actually got just as dark as with the Level 4 bed which was nice. I've tried all the beds except the stand-up. They all seem to have browning bulbs versus the traditional salon bulbs that leave you itchy red which is easier on the skin and lets me go in daily without itchy pain. I had a nice base color after only 3 visits using Level 3, then 4 then 1. I enjoyed the "me time" nap I got in Level 1, actually. The staff is friendly and the place is well air conditioned and clean. It's easy to get in and out of the salon fast, so that's why I drive to Agawam versus going to closer salons nearer me in Longmeadow. I've tried other salons and these local luxury salons near me but the others have absurd pricing and the wait time is lengthy and crowded. This Sunkissed Tanning salon is much more convenient and gives good color. This place also gives complimentary disposable eye wear. All the other salons I've tried around here charge a ton for it and require the purchase every time I go in. Speaking of that..this salon does not upsell. They do have a nice variety of tanning lotions ranging from $2 on up but they never try to upsell me when I'm there. Other salons charge $5 for a small cup of lotion and they used to badger me to buy something each and every visit. Not this place. It's only $2 for the lotion and the eye wear is free. Easy breezy and no badgering. They also sell larger bottles and large packets at a much cheaper price than the other places I've visited. I'm pleased with my color at only 3 visits, the price is right and they never have a wait...so, it's worth my drive. I would definitely recommend this place over others.

If they hired a couple hair dressers and Manicure Specialist's it would 100% be the PERFECT SPOT!!! They have the BEST beds and the bulbs are kept up to date. I only had one major problem with Exotic Image, the lady who worked behind the desk when I would go is exactly why I stopped. I went tanning at Exotic one afternoon after I stopped by the Pharmacy. When I reached in my purse to pay for my lotion, my bag of medication fell on the counter. The young woman who worked behind the desk wasn't too young, I'd say about my age, anyway this lady asked me for some of my medication EVERY time I went to tan, smh Never once did I give her any of my medication but nothing stopped her from asking over&over again to the point I did not return. I made an appointment for this week, I hope that she is no longer a member of their team....

Fuzzy Friends Rescue Volunteer: 3 stars because of the friendly people and low price. The rooms are the smallest I've ever seen, you can barely turn around. They're all level 1 & 2 nothing above that and the beds are very old and extremely small like the ones I used at salons back 15 years ago. You have to clean your own bed before and after use plus there's no towels except for a giant roll of industrial brown ones. Didn't get much color there. If you only want a base color and go for a short time, it's okay but for the same price as individual sessions you can get better beds elsewhere.

Evan_ Petkis: The customer service was awesome here but unfortunately the spray tanning service was expensive ($80 with tip) and the results were not worth the price. The bronzers looked great when I left but a few hours later they developed too much. To be completely honest I was starting to look like a different race. I decided to shower in warm water and now the tan just looks uneven and splotchy. I’m really not happy with it. The tan is flakey coming off and on some parts it just looks like dark brown speckles. I’ve been trying not to use tanning beds but at this point it is either that or self tanner which has been way more successful in the past.Service:Tanning

Their beds are top notch and bulbs are changed regularly and they always let you know if a bed has new bulbs so you can adjust your tan time accordingly. The salon is impeccably clean including a spacious bathroom for customers and a fresh towel available every tan. Beach House is where its at!!

Mickey Monster: The spray booth is always broken, and even when it is down they still charge you.... offering to upgrade you to a air brush or different service for a upcharge!

Kimberly Sauermann: I love going here!! It's very clean and they change their bulbs very often so you get such a nice tan. Everyone is so nice too!!
