Maria Davis: I quit smoking the first of the year and have been vaping since. I buy my products there and though they are a bit expensive, I am still saving money by not buying a pack every day. I went here recently to buy some more juice and a couple of new tips for my vape pen. The tips are not cheap. While being rung up a woman came in making a commotion about getting a bag of tobacco. While my attention was on her, the clerk asked if I wanted a bag, to which I said yes. I grabbed my bag and left. When I got home I took my purchases out. One of the vape tips had some juice in it! I watched the guy remove the tips from the box, they were both new and unused. The juice in it was a nasty, fruity flavor (I only get the unflavored ones) and it occurred to me that someone else's mouth was probably on that tip. Not cool with COVID still around. Just wanted to share and remind you to check your bag before you leave. No way to prove anything. Makes me sad I have lost some trust.

Andy Hager: I visited Smokey Joe's Cigar Lounge the other day and wanted to share how much I truly enjoyed this place. I don't know Springfield and so I had no idea what to expect; I learned of the place from a Google search and pulled in for a visit. I was greeted by Joe who is friendly, helpful and a consummate professional who REALLY knows his cigars and his bourbons. It must be noted that Joe stocks the largest variety of bourbons that I have ever seen set in the center of a very clean and very comfortable bar and lounge. Honestly, I was overwhelmed but knew enough to listen let Joe set me up with a pairing of an excellent beverage with an excellent smoke and my next 90 minutes were cigar bliss! A definite 5 stars from me .. and I will most definitely return to this excellent cigar lounge!

John Polchlopek: For a convenience store they score a flat 10/10 did I want a monster for 2 for 4? Why yes, yes I do. Do I want a bottle of wine with that and some decent beer? Again yes. Canned tuna? Not that I saw. As far as the smoke shop aspect, 9/10 the paper selection is on point. The variety of glassware is not phenomenal, the prices are. And the selection of various related bits and bobs is more than adequate. The deducted point is for a lack of variety in vape supply, a few clearly cheaply made components mostly comprised what was available. Helpful and responsive staff also clearly made maintenance of the shop a priority, because although small and packed, it was generally clean.
