Mike Masse: I have used them often in the past 10 days. Out of those 10 days there were several times that no one was around. I had to call the company because my wife was there and couldn't find anyone for over 15 minutes. At Wesson women's I spent 20 minutes in my truck waiting because there were no parking spots around while the worker sat in a car in the rain, guess he didn't want to get wet.

Phyllis Tripp: Very good company to work for. They are polite and kind and work hard to provide you with help when needed. They are very respectful when communicating with others.

Neal Kort Reviews: I worked for this company and it was horrible . Had to quit . Over worked under payed only 1 30 minute break a day ( shifts range up to 12 hours ) over 50-60 hours a week . Management isn’t trained well. They never have coverage for lunches the schedules are all over the place. For minimum wage I have seen fast food places do better. They don’t provide any additonal payments for traveling between jobs sites

From the beginning of booking the services, Jillian was very responsive and thorough in her communication to know what was expected the day of. Marcus our driver was AMAZING! He was very flexible and personable with all the guests and their needs. I would highly recommend booking them for your wedding :)

candycoated biohazard: Horrible company to work for. They allow their managers to prey on the females that work there with no regard to their everyday life. I received multiple grotesque messages and they allowed the individual to collect all their PTO and quit. Then when I needed a day off because I was having a depression episode they didn't care. Please don't work here. It wasn't isolated to just me. I heard so many of other employees horror stories as well.

Lori: I cannot rave enough about Jillian and her team! From the very first email she was on top of everything! I gave her the details of my wedding and she mapped it all out and planned it all. She quickly got back to me with the quote and the game plan with all the suggested pick up times etc. Two days before the wedding our hotel informed us they overbooked and half our guests were relocated to another hotel .. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. Wedding day transportation was spot on to the times she had planned. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and the shuttle was perfect and comfy for all our guests. Jillian I cannot thank you enough for your services and I will wholeheartedly recommend you and your company to everyone!!
Kate Applegate: Jillian Tallman and her team at Valet Park of America were the perfect vendors for our wedding shuttle this past July. I reached out to her kind of late (covid had us doing a couple of things last minute) and yet, she was nothing but helpful and generous to work with. She reached out to me to confirm all the details and timing two weeks in advance of our wedding, and the week-of, she reached out with the name and contact information for our driver. On the day-of, Nelson (our driver) was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful, especially when he made sure to get me on and off the shuttle in my wedding dress without getting drenched in the pouring rain. My husband and I cannot recommend Valet Park of America highly enough.

Big Hammer: This company requires its employees to stand outside for hours at a time and provides them with only a very thin shell jacket. They do not provide hand warmers or access to drinking water even though they require you to run when retrieving cars.Employees get heat exhaustion and dehydrated. Employees get hypothermia. Sometimes you go home and you don't get warm until the next morning and you have to do it all over again.The company will provide valet services for private events and when you ask them how much you will get paid per hour for working at the event and they tell you they don't know until they see how much they get in tips. Basically they are using your tips to pay your hourly pay.Norwalk hospital valet manager would require you to clock out and then finish your shift paperwork that the company requires. Basically getting away with not paying each employee about a half hour each day.Workplace harassment is ignored and management is sexist. This company should be shut down.
