CJ's has always done an awesome job every time I have used them. I saw some complaints about customer service but I experienced amazing customer service. After 40 min I call and he said i didn't send him the address therefore he never dispatched anybody send him the address a hour later I call again he said I didn't send the right address, I send him a address where my dad was close to. He said if I cant give him a exact address they wont bother to come out, so if you are stuck in the freeway with no direct address they will not tow. Imagine having to deal with all the people coming in angry because the police had their car towed.I was rear ended while at a red light. Tow driver said he could tow to my house or the lot. I would have to pay if towed to my house. I let it go to the lot, if I could do that over I'd have it towed home. Insurance company would reimburse me either way.My car had the rear window smashed, they covered it with plastic thankfully as it rained while my car was at the lot and I still had my kid's car seats in it.If your car is getting towed to the lot after an accident, double check anything you want out of it is removed. Do not expect to just walk onto the lot and rummage through your vehicle.

One thing I can say about these guys is they are kind people and they are willing to work with people but only to a certain point, they need to make a living like the rest of us.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service, I would stay very far away from this company. And if you’re being towed and have to deal with the front desk lady, be aware that you will be talked down upon and she will take our her problems selfishly on you the customer.
