Hope, health , happiness: Very nice property manager, large one bedroom apt with lots of closet space, peaceful surroundings- lots of woods, back of Forest Park , a pool and fitness center, renovations going on right now- new carpet and freshly painted walls in hallway and hardwood floors just installed in lobbies, parquet flooring in apartments, nice people here.

soni richell: I’ve lived at Park Street Manor for 3 years now and it’s truly been such a great experience. When I first moved in, Pat was the manager and she welcomed me with open arms, made the move in process super easy and transparent for me, and even provided me with a welcome basket full of supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, a laundry basket, and more! Pat eventually retired and Annette took over and is truly the greatest example of what a manger should be. She has great communication skills and has always sent me a text or a phone call to see when it’s okay for maintenance to come into my apartment as I work remotely. The apartment grounds are very well kept. Beautiful landscaping, the carpet in the hallways is very clean and there is staff that comes to vacuum at least once a week. The common areas always smell like you’re walking into a bath and body works, very lovely. They are also beautifully decorated, so much so that my friends often call it a hotel lol. Plenty of parking space for tenants and visitors, even during Big E season. There is a laundry room on each floor of each building, which is also very tidy, and the machines conveniently have the option for you to pay online through a mobile app, or with a prepaid card provided to you. As for the apartments themselves, they are very spacious. Perfect for a single person, and just enough space for a couple. The apartments have a mixture of carpet in the living room and bedroom, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Surrounding neighbors are very considerate of each other when it comes to noise level. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very diverse community. The apartments are an 8 minute drive from the Riverdale shopping area and the century shopping center. During the Big E season, you’re looking at about a 15 minute walk to the fairgrounds which is very convenient if you want to avoid traffic and high priced parking. Unfortunately, my stay at Park Street has come to an end as I am relocating to a different town for personal reasons, but these apartments will always hold a very special place in my heart. 10/10 recommend.

Ron King: It's superb.But it's only a matter of time before someone is injured do to wreckless driving in the complex.Been reported but based on the reaction nothing will be done until it's too late😞. It's rarely Delivery Drivers as you would be lead to believe.Caveat.
Patricia Murray: I lived at Park Street Monor for 9-years, maintenance repaired any request with in 24 hours. They sent out notices when entering your apartment. The property is in beautiful condition. The property manager was easy to talk to. Loved my up dated apartment. The parking is awesome and the winter storms were always cleaned up. A great place to call home.PM
Joseph Stasiowski: I have been living at park street manor for a little over a year now, and I can’t be happier. The grounds of the property are always kept clean. If I have any problems with any utilities or anything at all I can always contact my property manager and she’ll be out fixing it almost right away. Would recommend for sure!!

Clean, well maintained facilityinside and out, staffed by a friendly very responsive on-site management team. I looked at a lot of apartments before choosing Park Street and have been exceedingly happy with my choice.

Dennis Parent: I came here because I had to move my cousin out of his condominium. The parking lot is medium size with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. This place is clean inside and the condominium are very nice. You get a small kitchen, a small bathroom, a big living room and a big bedroom. It also has small closets space as well. This place has an office to pay for rent. Also you could buy the condominium that you live in as well or just rent them out.

Chaz J: 5/5/2021- Now 3 months later we are very happy living here. We feel safe and is a quiet apartment complex. Landscape is professionally manicured. Common spaces are also cleaned and vaccumed regularly. Owner Tim contacted my wife and I personally and addressed our previous concerns. Pat the Property Manager was instrumental in making our living here wonderful. For the price, this apartment is by far one of the best we have seem.Beautiful landscaping-the grounds are nicely kept. Plenty of parking. No small kids/family living here- from what we can see. Buildings are well maintained. Common areas are inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most the neighbors seemed friendly.

Emma Redman: A couple months ago I was in dire need of a new apt. We randomly drove by after checking others out and wanted to have a tour- of course it was by apt only but the woman who runs it is very sweet and welcoming. I showed up for the tour after booking it a day before and the place was great, she also took me to the other property in west Springfield to show me another unit there. I didn’t end up renting due to a family member opening their home to me but now planning ahead for next year this is my first option! Safe, comfortable, and affordable- who wouldn’t want this? Excited to be hearing back in a couple months from them for a hopeful future at park street manor :)
Janet: Great place to live! The complex is kept very clean. Any maintenance issues are quickly taken care of. The manager, Pat, is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Park Street Manor Apartments.
Kaitlin Beluzo: I have lived here for quite some time now and absolutely love it. The staff is great, very personable and always making the people feel at home. They take great care of the landscaping. You will never see trash on the ground here. If you are looking for a quiet and homey place, this is it. The people here are friendly. The maintenance staff is excellent.
Yaritza Marquez: Management was very disrespectful when we were given a tour of the apartment it was too small for us and smelled like cigarettes . When we told management personnel that it was to small for us , he/she said we were being to picky that we are not in a perfect world . Very DisappointedP.S they don’t allow dogs 🙁
Jayati Mallick: Today I forgot to keep the bread in the refrigerator back, and the management lady came to inspect my dishwasher, about which I complained her, leaved a message that I am not keeping the apartment in sanitary condition.On asking she said that it is because there was food, the bread on the counter.HORRIBLE and insensitive.
