Eric: I honestly can’t say enough good things about YoyoExpert and the people who work there. The selection is amazing and you can try basically anything in the store. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and beyond helpful. If you have any interest in yo-yoing or other skill toys this is the local company to support, they consistently try to support and grow the community.

KiDD ViDD: Bought a yoyo. It arrived defective. Requested a replacement, and got nothing but denial and runaround from customer service. Not happy with the product. Not happy with the service. If they decide to correct the situation in the future. I'll change this review. As of this moment I wouldn't recommend buying yoyos from this company.

Stig Helle: Just got back into YoYoing - last time I tried was in the 90s with the Coca Cola, Fanta and Sprite YoYos so this was a whole new world to me full of nostalgica :) Ordered different kinds (didnt even know there existed unresponsive YoYo`s) and having a blast. Really quick delivery (to Norway) and been in contact with customer support for some pretty noobish things, but they are allways eager to help with quick replies. Will def. recommend YoYoExpert - I could not have been happier with the products and customer service (in addition to their awesome "Learn" section full of guides and tutorials).

Shawn Kelly: Haven't been to gamestop in awhile but I still enjoy going there. It's nice that they sell used games it saves alot of money and they also have great promotions. Highly recommended if your looking to save money. Black friday deals were pretty good this year.

John Torres: “Manager” Patrick refused to do an exchange for me due to the fact it wasn’t the same price range for the used game. There was a $-20 credit left over which I requested a gift card - which I still got denied for. They needed original form of payment however my girlfriend isn’t in the state to do so. I understand rules/policies however in this instance something needed to be resolved.

Joseph Fisher: Good employees but the changes in company policies to try and keep from going under are bringing them further and further apart from their clientele and what makes them what they were in the first place. I don't see them being around much longer.
Thomas Fox: Stopped in and needed some help choosing a game. Spoke with Andrew, who was tremendously helpful. We discussed what games I struggled with, and ones I liked. He listened, asked probing questions, made suggestions, and helped me to select a game I adore - outstanding customer service! Sure, we can shop online, but sometimes it's that human interaction that makes all the difference.
Dionisio Plaza: I reserve dying light 2. They said come at 9pm and you get your copy. Got there at 8 59 and the store is close. Guy counting down the register. Gate close and all. Why tell me come at 9pm if that is the store closing time. Happen on Feb 3. I lost time. I could of had game downloaded already. Would of been playing right now. But am here giving you a bad review. And over all have to wait till 10am to get my copy that you promise yesterday. Not cool.

George Hall: I went to do some trade ins and was told there was a list of games that despite the website having trade values, the specific store doesn't take certain games. Kind of BS, I get tired of this and the fact that gamestop always tells me they don't do price matching, but other people report they do. It always seems this store specifically picks and chooses who they want to help and when.

Kay Sina: Customer service was awkward. The employee (Juan) seemed upset that I came to return a game that I found at another location for $25 cheaper. He said to me, “next time you should just ask for a price match because now you’re making my register negative”. I told him “that’s good to know” and dismissed his comment. He went on to say “yea because we haven’t made any sales today (2:37pm) it’s a Covid Monday and all the slackers are sitting at home playing their games”. I just grabbed what I needed and got up out of there. You’d think I came to return something at a tag sale. 😬
