John Milos: If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a service department. From communication, to pricing, timeline and standing by their work. 7 weeks and $4800 later my machine still had the same issue. I caught the manager in a lie, charging me for work they did not complete. I will never go to this store ever again. Pathetic. Taking my business to QFS.

Dwayne Amstutz: Nice dealer but hard to get parts for equipment. To computerized, the parts guys can’t seem to find stuff on the shelves.

Charlie Van Gorden: Recently rented an excavator for the weekend and had a very good experience. Adam at the rental counter was awesome. He made the rental very simple. Aaron delivered the excavator and was excellent. Aaron communicated with me the entire time for delivery and pickup. He also took the time to answer any questions about the machine and made sure I understood the paperwork. Awesome experience with Adam and Aaron.

April Clark: DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE TO BE REPAIRED! They have no idea what they are doing, they will never call to give you updates and the uneducated woman in the front office will never have anyone return your call. My mower was less than a year old, took it in to have a solenoid changed, what should have been a simple repair and it came out worse than when it went in. AFTER A MONTH, and so many phone calls to them, they wheeled out my mower covered in battery acid, missing so many nuts and bolts and with the arms both installed backwards. Went home and 2 men had to work on the mower over 3 hours before it was even operable after paying these inept crooks to "repair". Go to Taplin or Preco or anywhere else!

Debra Winnie: The West Springfield store is terrible since key personnel have left. The Service desk woman is not helpful and professional. Our tractor went in for a simple repair and has been sitting for 3 weeks in queue. The service desk has never contacted us to provide status and reason for delay. After a face to face with the same woman working the service desk, we requested return of our tractor without any work started or completed on the tractor. We will never recommend this store nor will we ever buy anything else from this location.

I had a price for what I wanted in moments, I ran to the bank the following day got the bank check, paid and will have delivery next week.My Local guy that I've been emailing for a month - Still hasn't gotten me a price. MB Tractor is worth the ride. Good price, friendly staff easy to get to, right off the mass pike.

Camelot Kennels: Beware....Bought a UTV and sander...salesman was great...unfortunately it was determined the sander was defective/ a lemon and was returned. I needed a door repair, was quoted $100 in labor and was then charged almost $600..without a phone call...after numerous attempts to resolve this matter I am now being ignored....unethical business practices in service department....beware

Chris Meyerhoff: I really wanted to like this place. I will say staff was friendly. I've basically been begging them to sell me a snow blower since September. First time I went in I asked if they had the 24-in ariens Platinum with the EFI engine, they said no they don't stock it and gave me a list of what they would have in stock in a few weeks. I got home and looked at the list and there was the 24-in ariens Platinum with the EFI engine. I went back a few weeks later to see what they had in stock and asked again if they could get the blower I wanted and they said they could. They said it would be in in a few days they had to order it from one of their other branches. I had to ask them to take my phone number to give me a call when it showed up. A week went by, I called them, they said they had it in stock so I drove down. I got there and they did not have it. They said they would have to order it. Again, I asked them to take my number and call me when it came in. A few more weeks of no phone calls but me calling them, now it's December and still no snowblower or phone call. I called and be in Plaistow New Hampshire today since I will be driving through there for work tomorrow and they have two on the floor. I'll get it from them tomorrow. How is it that I can drive an hour and a half to go pick up what I wanted three months ago but they couldn't have one put on a truck in delivered in a few days? Customer service here is abysmal and they obviously don't care much about new business.

The woman wanted me to commit to purchase the flail mower before she'd give me a price. Before all this, she told me they don't sell IronCraft and wanted me to double check I was on the correct website. Wow! Having a bad day. And then she hung up on me?

Jerry Meyers: Love this family at Orchard Hill. In response to J Charles...my goodness fast food workers want and get $16.00 per hour. What is the cost to look up parts? how long does it take? Are things backordered? did your other competitor have the part on the shelf from two years ago? prices changed a lot in the past year. There are so many factors involved here. If Orchard Hill was going to order the part for you, maybe there was a recent parts price update and surcharge. To leave an ugly review for a business that survived Covid mandates and price increases, supply chain issues, my goodness. Not nice. Orchard hill and the people there know their stuff and have been in business for a very long time. They are very busy if I stop by so they must be doing something right. 5 stars for Orchard Hill.

Jarhead Jimmy: I was Drawn to Orchard Hill Farm Equipment because of Kirbys videos and knowledge through youtube. Beware when ordering parts. I priced a part to fix my tractor and then called a close compeditor because of the cost and I was shocked to find out OHFE doubled the price ! I called them back to check and was assured it was correct. This has now happened several times and its to bad because they are only hurting the brand and their business.

Jamie Atwood: Beware of service. I had pretty good experiences up until I brought my tractor in for issues that would have been covered by warranty. Apparently when they cannot duplicate issues they feel they have a blank check to spend your money. No mention of any diagnostic charges until 3 hours in they said they couldn't find anything so now I had to pay. After expressing my frustration with being charged 3 hours they said they would work with me and just wanted to cover their costs. I asked for the bill the next morning, well 3 hours turned into 5 hours and they discounted 2 hours so I still was billed 3 hours at retail rate. Again, I never authorized any money to be spent as it was supposed to be warranty, never signed anything. But not worth going to court over a couple hundred bucks.
