jesse springer: I Tried to book a train online without downloading the app. Two hrs , many attempts and still no booking. Debit/credit card ID system does not work for Amtrak. I tried to use 5 cards , debit and credit , everyone had a problem. They will surely lose customers if it is difficult to pay…

Joseph Redzko: Called at web chatted with customer service, 30 minutes on hold and then cutoff, and when I asked a question on the chat line on the website because the website couldn't answer my question, the agent referred me back to the website and ended the chat. NO THANK YOU, I'LL TAKE THE BUS!!!

Ted G: I found this to be a nice well maintained train station. There was a gift stand, a couple of food counters, and the bathrooms were clean. Never felt unsafe inside the station. Outside, there was a strong smell of marijuana, I know that it is legal, but I forgot how much it stinks and the smell lingers.
jeremy Wilder: As a city it's ok but I'm from Amherst so I guess the bar is set a little higher where I'm from. Just can't deal with the trash and someone on every corner asking me for money 💰.

El TauRro: Don't pay any mind to the negative comments the bus terminal is better than the others around Western Massachusetts.
Ned Pavlak: Always love stopping at this station, whether it is to take a bus, take a train, or to grab a bite to eat. I am so glad Springfield reopened this station.
