Jessica Premwat: Ordered from this company after carefully reading their shipping policies. The website says the items ship same day unless ordered after 4pm then they are shipped the following business day & no shipments are made from Friday-Sunday.I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon (thinking it would ship out sometime on Monday) got a receipt and confirmation or order email etc. no shipment email that the website promises.It has not been about 2 weeks with no statis change on the order and no otems received. I have called several times to only reach voicemail (which i have left 3 different voicemails asking to speak woth customer service) no call back. I have also sent 5 emails asking about my order. I would completely understand if the order i placed was back ordered but someone could at least send an email or give a call back to explain whats going on. At this point i want my money back, especially before 30days have passed and they defise to refund my whole order.
