Cumberland Farms: what do users think?
George Hall: Not cool. Was getting my usual breakfast, and an employee by the name of April was openly mocking a customer, using heavy judgment on their looks, in front of other customers. Super unprofessional.
Sonim XP8: won't let customers use microwave
Miguel Barroso: Where to start... From the store always clean and stocked. Fair pricing.... Best coffee in the area... But what really keeps me coming back is the staff. They are amazing.. The whole cast of characters. Trully appreciate them on a daily basis for making my day all the better. Yeah I'm also totally hooked on the damn coffee. Keep up the great work everyone!!!
profepte: Es buen garaje y todo pero el día que fui decía cerraban a las 9 pm y ya a las 8 estaba cerrado.
Gene B: Wont let customers use microwave
Angela Romero: Best coffee ever
Luis Hernandez: It's ok
MasterAsra: Best Cumberland Farms around. Their night shift in particular is really on point and always friendly and polite.
Michael Parent: Decently staffed, however lately both on Google maps and their signs are off on prices. On Google maps says $3.98/gal sign says $3.97/gal and pump says $3.99/gal. Of course charged $3.99/gal.... Had to get my receipt inside just to double check. That adds up over time, and will now make me question whether I go here again soon or not.
Evelyn Caceres: MORNING CREW MADE MY MORNING! AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE..😊
Felipe Carrasquillo: This is the best one out of all of them. Great staff. Great management. Very friendly. Always has hot food ready to go. Very good all around. Love it here
Ernie McCollum: Staff is friendly they greet you as you come in and COFFEE is always FRESH compared to the Cumberland farms down on the corner which is not
Bee Hill: Is anyone noticing that most of the Cumberland Farms are charging too much for gas? I went by the Pride station yesterday and saw $2.25 for regular, where Cumberland farms is charging $2.45. When we use the Smart Pay app, we save them a card swipe fee. They're saving on the card fee and gouging. Going elsewhere until they stop ripping me off.
Rob Lee: Nice and bright, always clean and well stocked, friendly staff
Peter Slivka: After I was asked to leave the west Springfield Cumberland Farms property 6703 on Parker Avenue 22 by Christine Howard the manager refused to sell me anything and throw me out of the store with his assistant Tim. And this is a different Cumberland Farms store I walk in and I lucked away people are wearing their mask not even on just having with them. 🤔🤔🤔
Happy Appy: Best midnight snack spot. Love their pizza and hot chocolate. Staff is always friendly and greet customers when they come in. Store is always clean. No complaints!
Marilyn Baez: was completely amaze, today with the unprofessional behavior of one employee to another, It was uncalled for that all the customers heard her conversation toward this other employee. Accusing of her believe, she was bullied this guy employee the other employees did not doing anything about her attitude they just made fun of this other employee in front of the customer.
jelafleur: Great coffee
Michael “Mikel” Targonski: New and improved! Definitely a huge upgrade. Stop in and see the place for yourself, it's amazing!
Matt S.: This is a pretty good gas station and convince store, the only thing is that I got sick after eating their pizza, they asked me if I wanted them to warn it up which I thought was pretty strange, and I probabley should have cancled my order when they asked me that but I was just so hungry that I didn't really care, and next thing I know I ended up getting sick for a day. So bottom line, the gas station is good, and there are some good things at the convience store, but stay away from the pizza!

Cumberland Farms: what do users think?
Christopher Provost: Got a coffee. Yummy.
Lyzz yala: Quick stop
Dana Butler: Coffee is still 99 cents good for the price but the workers should practice on changing the coffee regularly like it's supposed to be done!! And not letting it sit until it's old and when asked if they could add more coffee there than in turn they should not get an attitude that is not part of your job
Lilliam Anette Ramos: Muy limpio el lugar y empleados muy respetuosos en especial hay uno trigueño creo se llama Earl bien respetuoso y amable.
Xion: Great variety, good coffee but JACKED prices on many products. Gas price is always good though.
BigFuzzywalrus: Little ginger kid denying customers from entering store, this is the 4th time this month
Quentin Michel: Its a gas station-convenience store. Not much else to say.
Zach P.: Used to be much better. Often they're not even open past midnight. Quality of service has unfortunately gone down.
Victoria Griffiths: 20 years strong!! There chocolate muffins never get old😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Frank Messier: Why bother having “pay at the pump” if a person ALWAYS has to go inside for the receipt!?!? What is it with this store and the one in West Spfld that the employees won’t put paper in the pump outside!?!?
Key: They never have food ready in the morning!!!They waste a lot of time👎🏻
Petals: They had the best pizza and frozen/iced coffee for only a dollar :D and the people who I seen who work there can be helpful.
Shantel Nicolee: That big black girl that works there is rude and unhelpful and she had me waiting on her while she prepared food for 10 minutes
Chris Saxer: The Manager is rude and very unfriendly. If he is disgruntled he should not work convenience. Ruined me for this store .
McPig Crack: they recently bought the racing mart and it just isn't the same :(
Raymond Panagos: I used to enjoy getting coffee here at one time, not anymore. I use the CF App to get gas, and coffees, what a mistake that was. The first problem I noticed is that the employees would charge me for fountain drinks (instead of coffees, when I had a Coffee Cup subscription) so my account would be charged when it shouldn't have been. Next I noticed just about every time I was going to this location I had to wait in line when they have 3 registers and only one would be open. Then I mentioned about waiting in line constantly, and they just offered excuses, and got very sarcastic with me. I will no longer go to ANY Cumberland Farms, they have lost a customer, I will take my business elsewhere...btw, their Corporate Office doesn't seem to care either, I notified them of my issues, and nothing changed. Footnote: I can get cheaper gas right down the street. Which I will from now on.
Mrs. B: My go to morning stop for coffee and gas. The overnight/early morning employees are great...friendly, funny, helpful. Store is clean and coffee is good.
Nadia G: Awesome customer service! The gentleman that works at the register is very nice and professional!
Gustavo Diaz: Rotten store
Rose Jones: OK.
Terri Harper: Busy store drink area not bad
