Javier Bermudez: Outstanding customer service! We were passing through here on our trip and was having issues with our weight safe hitch shank receiver bottoming out and needed to get it replaced. Fortunately Springfield Auto & Truck is a weight safe distributor and had some in stock. We however still had an issue with the length of the shank but Mike was able to make it work for us. We really appreciate them helping us "skin this cat" and rectify our dilemma. Kudos to you Mike and your staff for assisting us during our stay here. Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

When I got there, I waited 1.5 hours to find out they didn't have the parts.Not to mention the service person must not have had their coffee, what a stick in the mud.Now I have to figure out another day to take time off of work to go back when they (hopefully) really have the parts.
