sarah starr: Our car broke down in Springfield Massachusetts and Peña was the only service center open. They were amazing and so kind and helpful. Our alternator went on our Honda Pilot and they ordered the alternator Friday afternoon and put it in that night. They got our car back to us by the next morning. Their service was impeccable and they got us home safe and sound.

Having some experience with car parts and labor costs I was bracing myself for a bill that would be unmanageable with my limited resources.I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the cost more than reasonable, I was also offered financing which although I didn't utilize is comforting to have as an option and very likely will never put off repairs for fear of cost.They even refinished my headlights which had become hazed.Great place, friendly people, and they really appreciate you as a customer. Bree: Had breaks done the very 1st drive after repair got into accident brake pedal went to floor had to pull emergency brake which had no tension rear ended a car. Brought back to spartan they said it was completely separate issue with master cylinder n charged me again. So they obviously never test the brakes after repairs someone could of been killed the officer at scene was gonna charge me with some offense until i showed repair bill n showed him E brake failed was not re connected after brake job that same day. Also they allow my senior citizen neighbor to put approximately 20k last year into a 1998 honda accord which doesnt see 2 months without a breakdown and another $500 repair.

Salman E.: A huge let down. Don't get mesmerized by all the certificates and decorations. I explained my issue to George in detail at the shop. They were to take my vehicle for a long test drive the following day to hear a tapping noise i described. Not only they didn't, Nick said it was crazy and unusual to do so even though i had agreed to pay the fee. Then he said I needed four new tires and suspensions that would cost me $3000! All they had to do was test drive the car, hear the noise, point to the real problem and be nice about it. Be careful with this shop.

Chhin Nai Eang: Traveled to West Springfield for a trade show at the BIg E from Maine. Thieves chopped out my Cadillac Converter on a Friday night in hotel parking lot. Spartan was the only place that picked up the phone at 9am Saturday in the area. Got a rough estimate of $1200 and dropped Honda Element off at 10am. They have a loaner car for $20, which was really useful. They finished repair at 3pm at cost of $1600, the extra was because thieves chopped off multiple oxygen sensors. Grateful to have a solid repair shop open on a Saturday, and able to get the job done by closing time.Service:Exhaust

Tony: Was driving on the nearby interstate when I lost power steering. I identified the problem as my serpentine belt coming off the pulleys. Not being from the area other state I began calling repair shops with none willing to help out that day. Then I called Bing! They knew I was in a bind. I drove over to the shop and 2 hours later I was on my way. Repair was more complicated than expected but they never wavered in getting the job done quickly and correctly. So professional is this family run business. Well above and beyond what they needed to do. I wish the shop was in my hometown as I would never think of going elsewhere. They easily could have taken advantage of my desperate situation but rather they were only helpful and extremely fair in the cost of the repair.Service:Engine repair
