Isshiah Stone: The most authentic Italian food you could ever get with the absolute best 5 star service. Every time we come in we are greeted so warmly with open arms and we always leave extremely full. Prices are good. Food is great. Service is exceptional. Truly a gem, wish I had found them sooner.
Stephanie Mari: Absolutely loved the atmosphere! Enjoyed my family’s dinner time together, the waiter was very sweet and took great care of us. The owner came out to our table and chatted us up, made us feel comfortable and welcoming. Great for adult dinner dates.Parking: Had great parking space for dinner time.
Olivia Auston: I had a beautiful experience here, Anthony and his nephew treated us like family. The food and service is unlike anything I’ve ever had, this is absolutely my new favorite spot. Definitely worth coming here 100% Delightful people, great environment, and overall a magnificent experience.Vegetarian options: When my cousin mentioned she was vegetarian they had immediately understood and made sure not to put meat in her food.Kid-friendliness: They gave my baby cousin a cannoli
Maggie Rodriguez: I will say this. After dining in Ciro's. I will never go to another Italian restaurant. Never ever had I tasted such delicious food and the left over food the next day was just as good. It is so beautiful inside and they are very nice and friendly. The owner is very kind and friendly. I fully recommend this restaurant.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Ciros Tenderloin Fettuccini Alfredo …More

Alexi Cohan: It pains me to say this but this was the worst dining experience I have EVER had. My family and I planned a beautiful 60th birthday celebration for my mom which Ciro’s RUINED with extremely slow service, rude staff and sub-par food. Many people in my party had to leave before the food even came out because we were waiting for hours. We didn’t even get to have our birthday cake. Drinks took an hour, appetizers another hour and they brought out our food 3 meals at a time. The first set of meals came out around 7:00 and the last meals didn’t even come out until after 8:00 so we didn’t even get to eat together. Ridiculous. They were out of several items, hardly ever came to check in on us, and never once apologized or tried to make things right. Food and drinks took an extremely long time to come out and staff was extremely rude and non-apologetic when politely approached about the issues. The entire experience was unacceptable and quite frankly inexcusable. NEVER EAT HERE!!!
Karla Impionbato: What a terrible experience. Reservations for 17 1-month prior to special family event. Confirmation same week and Ciros indicated all set. We were very clear we have tickets to a show. We allowed ourselves 3-hour window. They were under-staffed and had they been honest and called to say the just could not accommodate our party we would have totally understood. We were literally the only party in restaurant for the first hour and yet didn’t receive a drink for 30 min. Then never asked again for any other drink orders. We all went to bar instead of waiting for wait staff. Meals came out individually over 1.5 hours. 4-people in our party never ate and left. When asked what the heck was going on VERY rude and threatening. In the end we would have missed show, however, show was cancelled at last minute. Did not have many food and many drink choices. Veal diet coke several beer choices unavailable Knowing you have a party of 17 people coming in be prepared. In our party we had 5 in the restaurant business and we all would have totally understood if Ciros were truthful and we could have selected another venue. You may have the name Ciros but not the reputation I grew up on.So sad
Rebecca Impionbato: So disappointing, my family waited almost 3 hours for entrees to come out. When they finally did the food was cold and bland. Most of my family had to leave before the food even came out.I was in the resturant industry for 10 years so I have sympathy but how can you not handle 30 ppl in the dining room on a Saturday night at 6:30?They didn't even offer an apology or try to comp some of the food.
Brianna Sass: I normally do not bash any service or restaurant but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate a large party which they replied yes and even said they would have us out quick because we had a concert to go to after. Upon arrival, we are quickly seated and the hostess comes over with water. Our waiter came and got our drink orders probably about 30 minutes in. After about an hour they took our appetizer order to do family style. This took quite a while to come out and by the hour and a half mark we finally placed our orders. No one was coming to check our drinks and we had to go to the bar for them. We order and then proceed to wait at minimum 30 minutes for our salads. After 2 and a half hours 1/4 of our party was given their meals. The whole party was not given meals until the 3 hour mark. At one point my mother got up to inquire and is told with attitude that there are only 2 people working. While we understand it’s tough to be short staffed, we asked beforehand if they could accommodate and we were the only party in the place for 45 minute where they could have taken the opportunity to get our orders in. The owner was rude and basically told us to get out of his face for inquiring about our food as 1/4 of the table had already finished eating and no one else had their food. This was an atrocious experience. Go to Red Rose instead.
Bill Butler: Food was Excellent,Anthony (the owner) comes out from the kitchen and checks on you
Kishan Sain: Ravioli was amazing and made fresh. Super authentic scene and a very clean restaurant. Bathrooms were clean and service was super quick!! The restaurant has a very homey comfortable feel. Anthony puts his heart and soul into the food and it shows. Price was very good. A must try in Springfield!! If I could give 6 stars I would
Involts Inc: This place was gross the food was nasty taste horrible and cocktails are awful. Meatballs taste like raw meat no seasoning this is not good food don’t waste your time or money .
Erica Peracchio: This was the worst meal we have ever had! The food was DISGUSTING! The two edible meals out of 5 (we sent two back) were incredibly over salted. They we incapable of making a martini. My martini came out with a martini glass full of ice. When the bartender came to ask why we wanted him to remake the 16.00 drink he made sure to tell us he had been told he makes the best martinis ever, always with ice in the glass. The service was slower than slow. The food took forever and the salads were out before our drinks made it to the table. This miserable meal cost 259. They included gratuity on a party of 5 and didn’t tell us that they automatically added gratuity. The place was dead and FREEZING most of the 13 people in the place had their coats on. Oddly enough the beer was warm! It is cash only wish leads me to believe that they are doing so poorly that all of their vendors have turned them to COD (cash on delivery) because they are a failing business unable to pay their bills. The two seafood dishes we got smelled rancid. The Fra Diavolo was completely inedible and at this point we were hesitant to eat the seafood. And the chicken parmigiana was dipped in battered and fried similar to fried dough not like other chicken cutlets which are breaded and fried. Everything was very greasy. They were also out of 1/3 of the menu items. Please save your money dine elsewhere. The restaurant two doors down had a 2 hour wait and it accommodated roughly 8x the amount of seating this location had. Choose wisely I wish I could rate this location a negative rating.
Julianna Rogalla: On a Rainy - cold night we were looking for a warm Italian (comfort food) meal and found the right place. Welcomed in by the owner who shared some local history and insight into the neighborhood. Made us a delicious starter of calamari and octopus & eggplant rolotini - followed by the Tenderloin Marsala….warm and inviting space to relax in with the excellent flavor of the meal only being surpassed by the exceptional attention we received!
Harper Magnuson: If I could give this place no stars I would. My family and I went to Ciros because red rose was packed. We walked in think that it was going to be as packed as red rose, it wasn’t, almost nobody was there. When we sat down and had the amazing bruschetta and cheese. The drinks were amazing then we so expected everything else to be the same. They gave the salad that comes with every meal, we even got the Caesar salad. AND IT WAS AMAZING. However when the first pasta came out it was insanely salty wich we all shook it off. Then everything came and it was either too salty, undercooked, or just not amazing tasting. So we looked at the other review and they said the same thing. From the reviews we learned about the fact that they didn’t take card. They did have an ATM when we tired to use our card it was declined 2x and we were called by our bank that this ATM had been a subject to fraud. So in conclusion GO TO RED ROSE don’t waste you time and money here.PLEASE.
Kim Trott: This was not a good meal. The food was incredibly salty to the point of being inedible and even hours later I still feel like I gargled in salt. It's cash only and there is an ATM in the restaurant. When we tried to take cash out of the ATM, our bank denied the withdrawal twice then called to warn us that there has been many reports of fraud at this ATM location. Overall I do not recommend this restaurant... Save your money and go elsewhere.
diane Rodriquez: We were there on Saturday for a company party the service was horrible.I ordered a dinner plate and they came back with meatballs... Then the came back with my order it was not well presented!!!!! It seemed like they scooped it on my plate.I will never go back to this restaurant ever again.First and last for me...
Mabby Mish: Went to celebrate a company anniversary that my awesome boss tried to make a great time for all and sadly this place did not add anything good to our night. The food came out soooo slow, one by one and by the time one person finished eating, another entree would come out. No one said it was cash only which in this day is ridiculous, especially for a big party. The owner could care less about us, and some food orders were wrong, when they finally came out. Maybe the worst part of it was that they had the audacity to ask for a like on Instagram. Unbelievable.

Carla Cordi: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken FrancaiseMore
JR. B: A authentic Italian Restaurant, Leone’s restaurant won’t disappoint you! They have one of the best fried calamari, very good pizza, “hand made pizza”, they also have so many options on Pastas. One of my favorite is the scampi linguine, they even have gluten free pasta!! Don’t like pasta or pizza? No problem, their menu covers everything from steak to chicken. A very good selection of beer and wine and the staff makes you feel welcome. Leone’s is definitely a good place to go for a special occasion and it has a great atmosphere.
Vincent Yacovone: The grandkids insist we go to Leonies. They have their favorites since they were little.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
James Musto: I've probably had Leone's 5 or 6 times now. Both dine in and take out. And each time the food has been outstanding. Some of my personal favorites have been the calzones, chicken alfredo and the gorgonzola bread. But all of my other meals have been tasty too. Plus the staff has always been super friendly as well. I only wish I lived closer so I could have it more often.

Dan Gelinas: Instead of entrees, we ordered several of the appetizers. Bourbon wings, stuffed portebella, fried mozzerella balls, and gorgonzolla italian bread. The food was amazing.Dessert was ok. The choclate thunder cake was kind of dry and the raspberry cheesecake was frozen. The restrooms however were an unexpected mess. Paper towel rolls sitting on the sink not in the holder on the wall. Pieces of paper on the floor. Just general dissarray and lack of attention.Would have given 5 stars but the bathrooms were unacceptable.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free pasta for an extra charge.
dee daniels: We are so pleased with this upscale Italian restaurant. You can order pizza or sandwiches or entrees. Everything in our party was delicious. We are still talking about the gorganzola garlic cream sauce.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Narcissa Escano: The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I went there for the first time as a recommendation of my cousin. We went together and got a salad, a small vegetable pizza, and dessert. I expected the pizza to be a bit more flavorful. It was so bland, I had to put hot pepper. I come from NYC, where they make excellent pizzas.I will go back to Red Rose to have the eggplant parmesan dish; everything in the menu did look delicious 😋Parking: I got there at 12 noon and found plenty of parking at the RR premises. However, when I was leaving, people were waiting for parking space. I will say it all depends on the time of arrival.
Peter Luwinsky: Our family loves Red Rose. But our experience on 4/26 for a 6pm pizza pickup was very disappointing. I arrived and paid for our pizza, gave a very nice lady the name on the pizza and waited. As usual, Red Rose was very busy, and with good reason. The food and service are great. I stood in line across from the takeout window, saw a friend at the register, stepped over and said a quick hello, then go back in line, The lady that originally took my name spotted me and said my pizza was ready. Now here's the part that really surprised me - this small woman comes over to the counter, visibly irritated and upset, and looks at me and says, " Your name was called, your name was called!" When I started to explain that I just stepped over to say hi to someone, this small woman behind the takeout counter, kept on repeating the same thing over and over. Ok, it was obvious that they were really busy.I apologized for causing any difficulty. BUT... here's the thing, I didn't appreciate the attitude, much less indulging with this woman's irate behavior to me as a cash paying customer and what end of the checkbook that this woman was working at, representing the finest Italian restaurant in New England. It'll be a while before I return. But return I will. I assume this was a spur of the moment thing because the place was packed with customers.
Anthony Leger: Always good pizza. Other places have changed (mostly for the worst), but Red Rose pizza has remained consistent over the years. Same great pizza now as it was 20+ years ago when I left the area. It's good to be back home and have great pizza again.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Large Pizza …More
G D: Good service and decent quality food.
Michelle Tracy: Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes LasagnaMore
Jedi_Toker81: The pizza here is really over-hyped. It's an average pizza at best. All other food is passable"Italian" style Americanized food.Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Maher Iskandar: Was a nice experience. Fine hospitalityThe pizza with extra anchovies was amazing ( thin crust one) and fried calamari was so delicious. What I didn’t like was the chicken piccata over pasta, chicken was not marinated so tasteless with eggy flavor from the breadcrumbs over. All over was nice place to dine in but choose your choices carefully
Fujita 5: I've had their pizza many times and it is very good. This time we decided to dine in for lunch. After only a few minutes waiting, we were seated. Drinks and bread were delivered promptly. Alot of choices on the menu but I already knew what I wanted. Chicken Francese and my partner ordered Chicken broccoli Alfredo. My Caesar salad was excellent, plenty of dressing on it which I liked. It took a little while for our main dishes to come out but was worth the wait. My partner loved hers and said the big chunks broccoli were cooked perfectly. My chicken was great, really nice lemon sauce and I could really taste the wine in it. My only complaint was the portion size was a little small although it was a lunch order and was a little pricey. Service could've been a little better as we had to wait awhile for the check. Overall we had a great lunch.

Amanda Michelle: We hadn't even finished our appetizer and had just received our entrees when suddenly the fire alarm went off and seemed to get louder and louder. It was a false alarm but all customers were made to pack up their food, pay full price and then leave the restaurant ...we never got to enjoy our entrees and I didn't even get the chance to order the dessert .. we just wanted a nice relaxing yummy dinner after spending all week packing and moving out of my apartment and were very disappointed and frustrated with the experience.

Then, when I asked for a to go and was told we'd be charged for 3, and if he knew sooner, it would have been an add-on... so I declined the to go order... well, wouldn't you know, she brought it anyway.🤦‍♀️ He ordered lemonade and water, and she brought the lemonade and just refilled it with water instead of bringing 2 glasses. Worst service ever!!!

Ashley Lehman: Got there around 730 on a Tuesday for our daughter's birth day. So first impression, it was pretty empty house and they sat us next to the bathrooms the area we sat at was empty. Also asked for our salad before our food came, she brought our soup with the salad. Then she forgot my husband dinner and our 9 year Olds order so after an hour I finally mentioned it wasn't here yet, so they ended up getting them to go which isn't the way we should have to eat it. I'm not to impressed with the service and how things were handled.
