Jessica Page: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! I got a washer from Luis 3 weeks ago and was told that ALL PARTS WERE BRAND NEW. After 3 weeks the washer stopped working. I called Luis and he personally came to my house the next day with a brand new part, as if it was never fixed. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESSES HERE AGAIN. I have 4 kids and need a working washer. Obviously he is just out to scam people.

Diana G: I bought 2 refrigerators from luis and the second one was delivered to me with lots of problems I spent $220 for a refrigerator that only lasted me 3-4 months and besides multiple calls directly to luis he still refused to replace the refrigerator and also refused to at least remove it from my apartment after I had been a gd customer he told me to scrap it cuz he couldn’t help me so I completely lost $220 NOT COOL AT ALLI WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM LUIS USED APPLIANCES

The owner is very friendly and even though he had no portable dishwashers in stock he suggested another store to check. A nice option for appliances at a discount. Sometimes he even has new appliances too.

At first we’d call and he’d try to fix whenever it was convenient to him knowing our family has no food because it all went bad due to the fridge not working. Now that we call it’s like he knows not to answer because once again the Fridge does not work. not once but twice has a fridge from his store has been unable to last more than a month. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID this place at all cost.

Raymond Mitchell: I brought a stove control board to be fixed paid 45.00 which I thought was fair. They made me prepay in case I never came back to pick up board. It took me almost a month to get board after much aggravation and chasing down and when I got it board never worked and I never got my money back. While I was there I looked at the appliances in the store they looked very dirty.

Jess Brand: Just had the worst experience with this company. They dont care about their customers at all. First the husband told me it would cost $125 for him to out. His wife Jen then said it was $90 if you pay in cash and $100 otherwise. They gave me a Friday appointment a week out because they were busy. Then they cancelled the Friday appointment and gave me an appointment Monday morning.Monday morning rolled around and they cancelled that appointment and said they had to pick up a washer and would be to me in two hours. Two hours goes by and nothing. Then they cancel that appointment because they have to deliver the washer. They tell me they will come after my 2pm dentist appointment and to call them when I get out. I make Jen promise me they will show this time and she does.I call after the dentist and it goes straight to VM. 45 minutes later they cancel that appointment AGAIN and tell me they are coming Tuesday morning after their first job in Springfield at 9am instead..Tuesday at 10 am I ask for an eta and Jen tells me her husband is sleeping and will call me when he wakes up. She Texts later that he's awake now and going to Springfield but will hit me up later.I run a small business and had a deadline to get a working fridge to someone. I told them that and they did not care. I rushed home three times on monday to meet them every time they said they would be coming. They wasted my time and put my business on the line by not showing up when they said they would.When confronted Jen said "Monday was her husbands day off "and they are busy. If its your husband's day off, then don't give me an appointment. Or honor your appointments. Its that simple. Such an incredible amount of disrespect towards their customers. Its unbelievable.

Linda Baillargeon: Had the best service & repair with our refrigerator. Water leaking all over the floor & had it serviced by another co. Happened again 2mints later. Was referred to Dan’s thank goodness. Had visit in 2 days and fixed problem along with another waiting to happen. Efrin was exceptional as he explained what needed to happen. William Pitt: Fantastic experience. Was able to schedule an appointment in 2 days. The technician showed up on time and was very polite and courteous and got right to work fixing my bottom freezer which the defrost evaporation drain tube had frozen up and was leaking water all over the floor. He cleaned all the ice up that had frozen on the bottom of the freezer, removed the back panel, and removed all the ice from the drip tray. He then checked the drain tube and found debris and mold in the tube which was partially blocked the tube and probably caused the freezing problem. He also cleaned all the coils, set all temps back to correct levels, and thoroughly cleaned the work area. This was the best appliance repair service I have ever had and highly recommend them. Even the price was very reasonable! Thank you for your assistance.
