Anthony B.: I am not a vegan however, I am doing a meat detox for the foreseeable future.So my review:The restaurant has a limited menu howver, everything I ordered was made from scratch (except the French fries). All of the food was made with care, simple things such as adding foil to the bottom of a styrofoam container to prevent melted plastic toxins from getting into the food shows the level of care taken in it's preparation.The restaurant currently is only doing take out something I suggest they update as I feel this is limiting business. The interior is spotless and I have no doubt the ingredients used was fresh and I suspect the kitchen looked just as clean.I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries ($12), an emoanadilla ($4) and a pumpkin Jamaican patty ($6)The chicken(less) sandwich had a great flavor and a perfect amount of toppings. The breading on the sandwich was light and I believe it to be pan fried. The French fries were cooked in the same oil as the empanadas and Jamaican patties which gave them a slight spice which enhanced their flavor.The pumpkin party was a pleasant surprise. I am used to sweet based pumpkin foods and this slightly spicy savory patty had an excellent flavor and the pastry was perfectly prepared.The empanada also had a great flavor however it did feel more heavy. The black bean based filling also had a great flavor.I would say that my only complaint from the order is that the roll used for the chicken(less) patty was a little thick which made it harder to taste the party which is the star of the show. Also the owner should consider adding a other low cost side along with the fries to add some more volume to the order (maybe some rice).The price was decent. This is about what one would pay at any casual restaurant.I highly suggest giving this place a try as all of the food items I tried came out great.

Will definitely be back! I heard the are opening for breakfast starting at the end of October and that Sunday they have soul food, Mondays they have game-day favorites! All vegan!

Lilly Balardini: The food was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy and my husband had the Philly Cheese Steak...all vegan, and finger licking good. Also had their empanadilla's, and as a Puertorican and vegan I was proud. They mentioned that more hispanic food options will be added in the future, and I can't wait. Chef and waitress are friendly and funny. Was worth the hour drive for us. We don't mind waiting but if you do I would call and order ahead of time. We are so happy to of found this gem of a restaurant.

My boyfriend enjoyed his Cheezeburger as well. I was thrilled to find a vegan spot close to six flags!I gave 4 stars because we were a bit confused upon arrival. We called the number 4-5 times to place our order, it wasn’t until the 6th time we called that someone picked up. Then it was a 40 min wait on top of that for the food.If you plan on dining here, check out their menu on Facebook or Instagram, call them ahead of time to place your order, it will make things simpler.

bree perception: Such a nice experience food was absolutely delicious. We came in and placed a large order and they got it out so quickly but you could tell all the food was made fresh. We didn't realize but they were literally 10 minutes from closing (as a former server I was so embarrassed when I realized) but they were still super accommodating. Absolutely delicious food, great service and my omnivore husband loved it as well.

The owners are super sweet, attentive and truly have a passion for what they do! The place was clean and they follow Covid-19 guidelines. I will absolutely return and try the rest of their amazing menu!UPDATE: Tried more of the menu.. had the Soul Food special on Sunday.. along with fries & the brownie cookies.. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Picture does not do it justice. I’m not vegan but I’m beyond excited to get takeout from Flame on Vegan bc their food is THAT good. Beyond excited to try out more of their menu. As someone who absolutely loves steak and is not vegan whatsoever, I love it. You will NOT be disappointed. 😍 BBQ chicken was incredible, Mac &Cheese was creamy and delicious and the cookies melted in your mouth!

Stephanie Pinson: We visited today and the owner/chef was excellent at accommodating our need for gluten free. If you order ahead, it will save you the wait - we were fine waiting for our food as it was made fresh and delicious. We had anticipated a wait based on previous reviews. We enjoyed strawberry smoothies and listened to the music playing while we waited (about an hour). We had both had the meal for the day which consisted of coconut rice, Caribbean stew (with seasoned mushrooms subbed for the “chicken”), cabbage, and chick pea curry. Everything was delicious! Very brave starting a new business during a pandemic! The food is very good and once this place is able to open up more/have more staff/more seating, I can see that it will be great!

jbgearhead: I had such a fantastic experience here. The owners are so welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious ! Had the Chop Cheese, Fried Drummies w/ Fries and topped that off with brownie cookies for desert. Oh man, the Chop Cheese was Soooo good. You have to use both hands, open wide and dig in to this mouthwatering juicy concoction of cheesy meaty flavors. I got the Fried Drummies smothered in Buffalo sauce. It was hot and spicy just the way I like it and the Drummies were super meaty and chewy. Ended that with warm soft Brownie Cookies that just melted in your mouth. If your looking for a real treat of delicious vegan food and a warm super friendly atmosphere this place nails it !

Aiden Bowman: Great food, perfectly seasoned and tastes just like chicken. It's fantastic, the Mac and cheese is super creamy some of the best I've had, everything is made to order which gives it that much more goodness as everything is fresh out of the oven. Long wait time but DEFINITELY worth it, fantastic owners very nice and talkative. Payment is also smooth and modern, with card and cashapp. Great food, very much worth the wait and the price. Super nice. 15/10 would definitely recommend it is a fantastic place incredible place, with a nice color pallete. It's amazing don't let the location or the small lack of furniture fool you. It's amazing, I can't wait for them to open up more indoor seating. The menu also shifts every day so it's always a fresh meal.

Christian Smith: Delicious healthy food options … A Hidden Gem in Tower Square food court. I’ve ordered twice here once for lunch and breakfast yesterday. I had the açai bowl it was filling, cool and refreshing. My friends had omelettes that looked amazing. I would give five stars but they were a couple things that they didn’t have even though it was on the menu including coffee 😵but other than that everything they did have was awesome. I will definitely be back for more! Smoothies and açaí bowl is calling me now!

Eleanor Hinchliffe: For a food stall that emphasized helathy living so heavily in their advertisement and website, it seems ludicrous to me that they would not provide the packaging of their breads when I asked about the presence of corn derivatives for my corn allergy and simply wanted to "reassure" me that they didn't think it had anything bad in it.I cannot believe in good faith that this establishment took our group of two's food allergies into consideration seeing asA.) In the wrap I ordered, I was told they were out of quinoa, to which they offered no solution, I asked for rice as a replacement which was absent in the final product even though previously agreed upon.B.) The salad ordered asked to not have lettuce, cilantro, or onions and instead spinach was infact void of any spinach and filled with onions, as well as cilantro, foods which we're established as allergies with the cashier.C) When listing out allergies in our group they couldn't remember them and returned to the front to ask multiple times. I am glad they asked, however given that the orders came out wrong I cannot believe confidently that these workers were competent enough to be catering to food allergies.In addition to the food containing foods explicitly stated to be unsafe for us, when we were served intially we were not given parts of our order, namely the salad dressing to the salad that was not edible do to, again it being full of food we explicitly said we were allergic to.Most of the food was thrown away over helathy concern. This is truly upsetting given we paid over 30$, waited over 30 minutes with no line far past the lunch-rush hour, (we were the only people to order within the hour as we sat and contimplated if we could even eat what we were served, we saw one pickup order and other than that it was just us.) I find it highly concerning that it took well over a half hour, for one sandwich and one salad, to be prepared with no other orders and still have the food come out with things we are allergic to.Staff seemed incredibly aloof and we had to prompt them to check about allergies as they sat there blinking at us when we said we had a shrimp allergy and asked if they cooked shrimp separately from other foods.I would not recommend eating at this location, for safety's sake.

I had an organic reishi mushroom coffee with almond milk (the barista even put the milk on the side as requested), an Acai bowl, and the avocado toast on gluten free bread. Everything was nicely seasoned and good portion size for the price. Highly recommended with great service too! Vegan and gluten free friendly.
